	We hired a car from Alamo in June. the transaction didn't track and, six months later, we are still waiting to hear back. We've sent a couple of nudges but are far from satisfied. I don't think we'll be booking with them again.

	reserved as car in july, confirmed payment within 48 hours and payed out 1st october, nice transaction and got the money in 8 weeks.

	I ordered a car in January but had to lodge a claim in April as the transaction was not showing. Topcashback submitted my missing cashback claim to Alamo in May and again in June and I then nudged in July. I am very happy that in September I received the full amount of cashback. Obviously I would have rather not have to wait this long but having said that I have had quite a few companies refuse my claim recently so I am thrilled that Alamo have honoured the cashback. I would recommend Alamo for great price and good customer service.

	Although confirmed, its been 4 months and im still waiting for it to become payable! Wish they can speed things up, and tcb has to chase up faster too! However they do offer good rates, if it was ever going to be honoured eventually.. I hope!

	Have alwasy rated Alamo for their service but had a problem with a cashback claim not tracked since Jan 12. Still waiting for an outcome.

	Car itself was very nice, had a wide selection to choose from (just walk up and open the door, keys are inside!!). Bit of hard sell at the airport to upgrade but honestly their budget line is very nice if you get a biggish one. Cashback has tracked for ages but unfortunately not paying out, TCB have said they've had payments for transactions AFTER my one so I'm still down after about 6/7 months.

	It would seem that going to the site direct that the prices are cheaper and there are offers on which include free additional drivers elsewhere which although this offer says it includes you have to select additional driver on the site which costs money. Prices through tcb = 465.48. Not through tcb =393.29. difference off = 72.19. cash back would equal £30.53. No brainer, i won't be using tcb for this purchase

	I am still waiting for a cashback of £106 to be confirmed. I booked my car hire with Alamo in September. I will not be using them again and will most likely cancel my booking if they do not honour the rebate soon.

	As well as tcb I have used another cash back site with this retailer.On both occasions payment had to be chased up by both sites. I would never use this retailer again.

	Car was not very clean, but its spec was higher than what I had booked so cant complain too much. Cashback tracked quick. Would use again.

	Failed to track so I cancelled the booking. Make sure you book more than 8 days in advance so that you have the freedom to cancel as Alamo will apply a fee if you cancel and or amend your booking less than 8 days before the departure date. However cancelling is very easy as they give you a special link in your confirmation email.
