Tracked fast and paid in about 30 days. Also great cashback card to use 5% for first three months I have already earned £30 cashback from Amex also !

Applied for the Amex 28th September and it tracked immediately. It says it pays on average in 3 weeks but it has now been 10 weeks and it is still pending!!! Disgrace from Amex! Put a support ticket in, apparently my wait is in line with what others have to wait. So, it can't be really an average of 3 weeks TCB, can it??!

I took out the Gold Card back in March and although cashback tracked almost immediately it didn't initially move to Payable. I eventually put in a Support Ticket a couple of weeks back and the cashback moved to Payable a couple of days ago which was a great result. Thank you TCB. I have been using the card, not as frequently as I expected as I have found it is not always acceptable and sometimes incurs a charge but I am very happy with it overall.

Took out a Platinum Everyday cashback card in February 2014. Cashback tracked very quickly indeed which was great but then never progressed through to payable. After 100 days the cashback changed to declined and now I cannot put in a claim since it is passed 100 days! Not very happy with this, very sneaky American Express and TopCashback - you shouldn't let them get away with this.

My cashback did not track back to Amex. I had to wait and send few nudges BUT today it was paid in full.

Absolutely fantastic. This is how TCB should be. Card arrived one day the cashback was payable he next. All done in 7 days and £63 for taking out a card. Free cash!! Decent card too with good benefits.

Based upon the amount of people on here complaining about no cashback months after signing up for American Express cards, I imagine this setup with Amex is a nice little money-spinner for Top Cashback.
So far, I've purchased from 4 merchants on this site (all 2+ months ago), generating over £60. I've been paid nothing.

Amex Platinum Cashback Card: Tracked within minutes. Card application was held for further checks then approved after two days. Cashback confirmed the same day. £20 plus bonus payable seven days after applying. Cards arrived the following day. Also received £25 cashback on the account with Amex.

Got this card in November and still no cashback. This is the second time I've commented. Don't understand why some people seem to be getting cashback really quickly and I'm still waiting. It has obviously registered, but is STILL showing as pending. Not happy!

My cashback tracked straight away when I got my card in October but I'm still waiting for it to move from the pending column, I've submitted a claim as its almost 100 days so will leave another comment if it's successful. I don't understand why TCB has given it a 4 star rate. Maybe people put good reviews when they see it's tracked and don't realise it might to move to another column!
