Besides the dormancy fee of £20 I warned memebers of (see my earlier comment) here is a footmnote on their Platinum deal...Membership of the Platinum Card incurs an annual fee of £300....Be aware if you see the £60 cashback and rush into it.

Did not track at first, so had to report it manually after waiting a couple of weeks, which worked. It then took 10 weeks to become payable, which was ahead of the average of 13 weeks, so not bad all in all.

applied for card on 9 dec09 received it within 7 days, but as yet still not tracked despite cotacting tcb several times. beware this may take several months even to track. not impressed as i already have a platinum card also.

Quick, easy application, received cards and all related info very quickly, excellent rewards for using card and great customer service!! Had to submit a claim for £5 cashback as didn't initially track but this was followed up and is now pending.....Great card!!

Platinum CASHBACK credit card (not the charge card mentioned earlier) says
A dormancy fee of £20 per year will be payable by you if the aggregate amount of all transactions, other than cash advances & balance transfers, that have taken place during the preceding 12 months is £0.
So, if you foget to use it for a year, and keep it "just in case", you end up paying £20 for the privilege.

The transaction (only one) did not trace and did not even show as nil (zero). However, thanks to TCB I manually traced it and the money was paid as promised/expected. So, recommend.

The website is easy to follow. They didn't pay up automatically, I had to put a claim in but topcashback sorted it straight away and american express must also have dealt with it efficiently. just have the card, it seems to be fine. some people say that amex is not accepted everywhere but i have had no problems to date.
