	Had to chase up for cashback, awaiting to be confirmed... hopefully will receive 27 pounds as it is 5 pounds at the moment.

	Submitted a missing claims enquiry and once I had supplied the relevant information, claim was sorted.

	Cashback became pending within only a few days, confirmed now, and should be payable within 2.5 months of initially signing up for the credit card. Not bad! 5% cashback on the card is also showing correctly on the statement. So overall a good experience with American Express.

	It has been over 3 months now and the cashback has still not been given. Initally told it would become payable after 31st March now no date available! Appalling! Do not know when this cashback will be received.

	didn't even track, and cannot even claim it as this site states it can't track any record of it... load of rubbish as i even have my card already!!!!!! i'm going back to quidco!

	My experience of having a credit card with American Express is great, but I did have to make a claim for my cashback money from them, and haven't as yet received it.

	Took over 6 weeks to get my card. Filled in the direct debit form to pay full amount and they tried to take just the minimum. Applied for a joint card, no response, no card, no nothing. Confusing website. Not sure I'd bother again.

	No problem tracking. Card sent promptly but unable to use for first month due to a chip problem that American Express were aware of.However,found them very customer friendly and quick to compensate for inconvenience caused. Well worth it for 5% cashback on card purchases for 3 months plus £27.50 pending for using Topcashback.Winner all round!

	Amex made a quick decision on whether to accept us and offer a cracking 5% cashback for 3 months! We also got £27 by ordering the card through topcashback. Definitely a winner!
