Read the terms CAREFULLY. The Platinum CHARGE Card is not the same as the Platinum CASH BACK card.
Get it wrong and you will be charged £300!. This is NOT a typing mistake!!!
It is the annual fee for the charge card.

Failed to track, but Top Cash Back processed a manual claim very quickly. Thanks!!! Good card to Blitz for 3 months whilst it offers 5% cash back, but a bit of a useless card after that as loads of places don't accept it.

Applied for and received card in February. Cashback tracked and became confirmed fairly quickly, but I had to chase Topcashback several times to find out when the cashback was going to become payable. Cashback only became payable within the last few days. So I did eventually receive the cashback 4.5 months after I applied for the card.
To be honest, I had just about given up hope of ever seeing the £27 cashback I was owed. But we got there in the end!

Applied for Amex cashback card at the end of Jan 2009 and received the card a few days after.The transaction tracked fairly quickly.However had to wait until today for the cash back of £35 to be become payable.So I had to wait 5 mths to be paid.

Update: Amex must have now paid TopCashBack as entry is now showing as payable, so hold on guys, it will come eventually!!- I took card out in January, so you may have to wait 4-5 months for the cashback to be payable.

Been waiting for payment since getting card in February.
Had problem with card initially so that it refuded to accept my pin when tried to pay. However, staff at call centre have always been very helpful.

Applied and received card in January, cashback tracked after manual claim, confirmed at the beginning of March, now nearly June, but TopCashBack still waiting for money from Amex. Has anyone actually got their money from Amex yet? - would be nice to know if they just take a long time! - Hey maybe I should hit Amex with a £12 late payment fee!!!!!
