	DISAPPOINTING!!!!!! Cash back not paid retailer stated “Did not meet terms and conditions set by merchant”. Can't see why as I carried out the purchase as I have done with all my previous transactions!!!!! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!

	I was expecting £35.00 cash back for iPhone 5. Tracked at zero submitted a claim and 4 months later informed that the cash back was not being given. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

	Cashback tracked quickly but then dtopped out as merchant said I didn't meet the T&Cs. Went trought the conditions at the time and my purchase did warrant the £10 cashback I was expected. Feel cheated as went for this deal versus others because of the cashback I expected to get. Went into a store to collect the product I bought and the guy there try to pressurise me into buying bigger amount of data. I could so tell he was on commission. He was so desperate he was really patronising to us little women who don't keep track of our data usage. Bless him! Happy with the phone and contract I got though but the fact I missed out on £10 cashback left a sour taste in my mouth...

	I just read the other comments and noted that everyone seems to be experiencing the same problem as myself. Purchased a New Iphone back in december time... when tcb was offering £55 cashback on CPW. Refused to pay out. Totally and whole-heartly disappointed.

	Cashback refused. I took out a new 24 month contract but Carphone Warehouse have declined. Gutted.

	Claim did not track, pursued with Topcashback, Carphone Warehouse refused to pay up, saying that 'conditions were not met'. Which conditions? No information. No surprise that they can't explain as all conditions were met. And yet they still advertise cashback on here...

	I purchased a phone contract in December and it tracked straight away but at a lower amount. After a week I raised this with Topcashback and put in a claim for the higher amount. To my suprise the cashback then went to zero! I have queried this with Topcashback and they are not really responding to my chase ups/nudges. I am very disappointed as whenever I have put in a missing cash back claim before communication has been good and they have always resolved the issue. Its now three months since my order and it still is tracking at zero and I've not been given an explanation why.

	As yet I have not received any cashback on my deal with talkmobile on the 30th nov 2012 I assumed it would be £35.35 ,. But as yet it is not be added to my account

	Ordered a new pay monthly phone and contract which arrived and i am very happy woth, the cashback originally tracked at the correct amount but now has gone to zero. Currently pursuing a missing cashback claim, hopefully this will be resolved shortly.

	Bought 2 PAYG handsets on-line and cashback declined on one of the handsets! Not happy! Also the store and customer service of Carphone warehouse had a big problem because I was trying to buy more than one handset for some elderly people in my community. I even rang the store before going there to check stock but then the manager said it is store policy not to sell anyone more than 2 phones! When has it ever been a problem to buy something! So much hassle Carphone Warehouse, a more like Rubbish Warehouse!

	Poor communications. Sent incorrect sim, unable to process PAC code directly. It would have been easier to buy direct and go without the cashback, which hasn't tracked as yet (3 days later) Now have to go to the local shop to hopefully correct their mistake. Not the most enjoyable online purchasing experience, I would not recommend purchasing from Carphone warehouse.

	There was an offer of £35.00 Cashback on a new contract ..I clicked through & bought my son a new contract phone for christmas ...The cashback registered as pending but was refused by Carphone Warehouse ...Lodged an appeal but heard nothing back ...Very disappointed & wouldn't use them again.

	I have had to launch a claim as Carphone Warehouse are disputing I met their terms even though I still have the Iphone 4S contract that I took out, they have been advised bt Top Cashback but continue to dispute! I have another phone contract due to expire and renew soon and if this is not resolved satisfactorily I will not be renewing through Carphone Warehouse!

	Cashback not guaranteed...... Pricey item purchased from this retailer, tracked immediatly but just before payment due cashback reduced to £0.00. TCB informed retailer stated I did not follow T&C but could not say what was wrong. I know I followed all T&C's so can only presume retailer saving money. First experience of no payment on claim, cannot recommend this retailer.

	My Nexus 7 was faulty on delivery so had to be replaced (which took 2-3 weeks itself), now no cashback registered on TCB. Poor service all round. I will avoid CPW in future

	As with most, not happy as Carphone Warehouse declined cashback. Not sure where the 99.6% positive feedback somes from. Definately a fiddle there. Also I had a poor experience with the company itself, as arranged for a delivery to store, and was told I could not pick it up as I did not have the purchasing credit card on me. I had other valid id, and nowhere on my paperwork did it ask for this, the transaction was already complete.

	I DONT RECOMMEND USING THIS MERCHANT FOR CASHBACK.I had to return the handset due to Carphone Warehouse/Talkmobile's (which are the same company)error!! This has been ongoing since Jan 2012 and still not resolved,also the courier company that Carphone warehouse use have very poor customer service I got a replacement same handset,same contract but they won't pay me my Cashback,you may be lucky and get yours but I did't so my advice is AVOID!!!!!
