Do not use this company, very rude sales staff. Falsely advertised a phone at £37 per month and when I ordered it and had confirmation of the order would not honour the order as they said it should have been £42 per month. They said it was a mistake on their part but they still continued to falsely advertise the phone on their website. I would certainly not trust this company what so ever.

Carphone warehouse are the worst company I have dealt with in a long time. Their customer service is diabolical. They emailed saying they could not progress my order and to phone them. Did this and eventually sorted out. Now they have declined cash back. I am very annoyed with cpw and will certainly not be using them in the future. I am wondering if this was a tactic to avoid paying casback. I only hope tcb can sort this out for me.

Ordered the iPhone 5s which was showing in stock on next day delivery. As the order came via topcashback it went on a backlog and as yet have not received it. Customer service have used all excuses... system crash, no stock, busy... however each time they have offered to do it on a new order and get it out to me next day. That way they can get around the cashback claim!

followed all the t&c that were on the website at the time I got my I phone 5, tracked straight away then after a month decline, now they have changed what is egilible for cash back, con artists!!!! don't be swayed by the cashback these losers are offering ,because they change the rules once you have purchased

Bunch of con artists. Place the order through topcashback, get told to call them because they need more information. Get told they need to cancel the order and place a new one over the phone. Goodbye cashback. Needless to say, I just cancelled the order full stop and will be buying elsewhere.

I waited 4 weeks for word on cashback, only for it to be declined. I immediately lodged a case file and the next day it was confirmed and i had my £100 in my bank through paypal the day after that! Not sure what happened to make it automatically decline and then manually be put through, but it worked.

Was with O2 and decided to renew through carphone warehouse because they had a better contract plan AND because i could get £100 cashback. Firstly had issues when i was ordering online as it hung right at the last minute even though the order processed and then it took longer to be confirmed and sent off than i had expected. Getting through to them on the phone was hard work. Also it never tracked at all. First time this has happened to me so have raised a complaint.

RUBBISH Each and every time I try to upgrade to the iPhone 5S the transaction fails on CPW's side. Everytime! Customer Services will phone up, tell you that the transaction couldn't be completed for one reason or another and then ask if they can process it direct with you over the phone. In doing this you get a new transaction number and the link back to TopCashBack is severed - therefore you don't get your cashback. I've been through this 4 times with them in 1 week. They have now informed me they will not sell me the phone because there's 'suspicious' activity on my account i.e. 4 transactions for the same product. AVOID!

Advertised as giving cash back, but nothing received have heard nothing from the appeal. Disappointing as the cash back was the reason for buying here rather than another supplier, as overall the deal was better. I would not trust this company again

I've just ordered an iphone 5c for my daughter, the promotion was £105 cashback but only £52.50 credited my account. I assume the remaining £52.50 will be credited at a later date. Overall excellent experience assuming I get the full £105 for the upgrade

Ordered a PAYG Nokia 520 on Saturday 31st August and delivered Monday 2nd September. Tracked at £0.00 but went straight to payable on 16th September at normal rate. Wish all my purchases went this smooth, although I was concerned cashback may have been rejected when it tracked at £0.00 and not the normal rate.

Cashback tracked and paid within 3 weeks of purchase. I upgraded my O2 account via Carphone Warehouse as they were significantly cheaper than dealing with O2 directly and they paid £105 cashback. A great fast paying deal. Well done.

Purchased tracked reasonably quickly, but at some time was declined, and Carphone Warehouse have not given the reason. Also, I do not recall Topcashback informing me that the cashback has been declined, which means that I might not have noticed until it is too late to make a claim. I have therefore submitted a claim to ask Topcashback on these two points. CPW may have declined the cashback because after the order was taken, they rebooked the order because I had selected the option they offered to deliver to a local store, and CPW said they preferred to deliver to a home or work address. If this is the case, CPW are wrong to decline the cashback, as the rebooking is down to them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID I upgraded from Orange to EE through C.P.W. It was really easy to do and I got a good deal. Cash back tracked relatively quickly at correct amount. I have now paid my first bill, and cash back has been declined without reason. The only thing i can think of is that i received a call from C.P.W to "check if i wanted an upgrade or new contract" This may mean that the order wasn't completed online and this is the reason for the decline. If it is than it is a very sneaky tactic of getting out of paying £50. Not acceptable in my opinion. Cash back claim raised but not holding my breath. Dont use them!

Topcashback said if you took an IPhone 4 on carphone warehouse on a 24 month contract you'd receive £55. So I took the contract (only because of this offer). The cash tracked within 24 hours but at £35. Then after a month of saying £35 tracked it switched o declined. It's been 3 months or so and I still have no cash back. From the looks of things it's a scam by carphone warehouse and topcashback are doing nothing to stop it. They should be removed from the site to protect customers. Disgraceful service. I'll never use carphone again on principle! Stay away. Phones4u paid straight away on my wife's phone.
