I was a bit worried reading other peoples reviews on their experience with CPW. However mine tracked in correctly and TCB matched another cashback site's offer of £80. Stayed at pending for 1 month then moved directly to payable. Good Service all round

Yet another poor experience, Tracked but shows as 0.00 as seems to be the norm! TCB should check out the customer reviews and remove this merchant.

Took out a new contract for my daughter's phone. Was supposed to get £50 cash back. Transaction tracked but a few weeks later turned to £0 cash back. Also had nightmare experience with delivery. Would never trust or use again.

Judging by all the poor comments on here regarding the cashback being refused due to 'terms and conditions' , surely its about time Topcashback did something? they were clearly advertising cashback that they did not intend paying out and changing terms and conditions AFTER purchases were made!

5months of waiting and carphone warehouse have declined my cashback as I 'did not meet the terms and conditions' what rubbish! they happily paid out before on new contracts and nothing was done differently this time , I feel this is just an excuse not to pay , maybe I should deduct the £35 from my direct debit , very very poor

Bought an Ipad, Expected over £10 in cashback, they said didnt meet requirements, Not true is it Carphone Warehouse ?? Dont use this if you are banking on the cashback :(

purchased new contract phone december 12 cashback tracked strsight away £50.50 thwn 2 weeks later went to 0.00 rasied claim with tcb carphone have finally responded and declined the claim so no cashback not very happy will never purchase any product from them again

Like so many others, tracked at a lower amount than advertised which was no surprise as it is in the notes. More concerningly, it then went to zero and was refused. Worst cashback experience to date. The merchant notes at the time were: "Please note: your transaction may initially track at a lower rate before being uplifted once confirmed. You will not be eligible for cashback on any iPhone 5 purchases. Rates above include 1% Topup for everybody Carphone Warehouse cashback is available through Top CashBack on genuine, tracked transactions completed immediately and wholly online. CARPHONE WAREHOUSE CASHBACK can be earned simply by clicking through to the merchant and shopping online as normal. This merchant cannot currently track purchases made via a mobile device. Please ensure you use a laptop or desktop PC to enable cashback tracking." No mention of the Galaxy Ace being excluded as there is now.

Absolutely terrible from carphone warehouse, TopCashback should kick them off the site. Placed an order for contract on samsung galaxy ace (as many people seem to have), cashback tracked then changed to £0. It now appears they have added into their terms that the cashback isn't valid on the galaxy ace! Sorry but you cant just add that to your T&C's months later to justify denying my/everyone elses cashback you crooks! That's not how it works!

How disappointed I am with you Carphone Warehouse. Took out a new monthly contract on a Samsung Galaxy Ace expecting to receive £35.35 cashback as stated, only to be told 5 months later after many 'nudges' that the claim 'doesn't meet the terms and conditions set by the merchants'. What a laugh! Why was the offer advertised in the first place then? I now notice it says 'Galaxy Ace contracts are not eligible' which it did not state back in November when I purchased the phone!!!!!

AVOID. I experiences really poor Service when placing am order for Talk Mobile. Initial order process was straightforward including online submission of PAC code. However everything went downhill from there. Been warned CPW use Yodel for delivery so you will been assured of two missed deliveries before eventually receiving your parcel, ask this ensures Yodel get maximum delivery feels. This is all despite being at home in full view of front door at the time of both missed deliveries! Talkmobile use Vodafone's network but provide a really poor service and IT wouldn't want to rely in getting a talkmobile signal when you need it. I find my work phone (in voda) has a much better signal. I reckon I will move to a better provider before the end of my contract unless service improves. To address insult to injury my cashback claim has been declined in the basis that my order did not 'meet the terms and conditions'. As a long time TC'er I always adhere to the stated process so find this statement and the lack of clarification of the reason indicative of the poor customer service CPW have provided throughout my dealings with them.

DISAPPOINTING!!!!!! Cash back not paid retailer stated “Did not meet terms and conditions set by merchant”. Can't see why as I carried out the purchase as I have done with all my previous transactions!!!!! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!

I was expecting £35.00 cash back for iPhone 5. Tracked at zero submitted a claim and 4 months later informed that the cash back was not being given. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Cashback tracked quickly but then dtopped out as merchant said I didn't meet the T&Cs. Went trought the conditions at the time and my purchase did warrant the £10 cashback I was expected. Feel cheated as went for this deal versus others because of the cashback I expected to get. Went into a store to collect the product I bought and the guy there try to pressurise me into buying bigger amount of data. I could so tell he was on commission. He was so desperate he was really patronising to us little women who don't keep track of our data usage. Bless him! Happy with the phone and contract I got though but the fact I missed out on £10 cashback left a sour taste in my mouth...

I just read the other comments and noted that everyone seems to be experiencing the same problem as myself. Purchased a New Iphone back in december time... when tcb was offering £55 cashback on CPW. Refused to pay out. Totally and whole-heartly disappointed.

Claim did not track, pursued with Topcashback, Carphone Warehouse refused to pay up, saying that 'conditions were not met'. Which conditions? No information. No surprise that they can't explain as all conditions were met. And yet they still advertise cashback on here...

I purchased a phone contract in December and it tracked straight away but at a lower amount. After a week I raised this with Topcashback and put in a claim for the higher amount. To my suprise the cashback then went to zero! I have queried this with Topcashback and they are not really responding to my chase ups/nudges. I am very disappointed as whenever I have put in a missing cash back claim before communication has been good and they have always resolved the issue. Its now three months since my order and it still is tracking at zero and I've not been given an explanation why.

As yet I have not received any cashback on my deal with talkmobile on the 30th nov 2012 I assumed it would be £35.35 ,. But as yet it is not be added to my account

Ordered a new pay monthly phone and contract which arrived and i am very happy woth, the cashback originally tracked at the correct amount but now has gone to zero. Currently pursuing a missing cashback claim, hopefully this will be resolved shortly.
