Despite having no problems with any other retailer, Debenhams never tracks for me - legitimate purchases made, no tracking email received. I've lodged missing tracking reports for a couple of occasions but have heard no further news in 6 months, so I guess I won't be getting any cashback. I'll avoid in future.

Poor from both Debenhams and Top Cashback, items tracked but no email, neither party willing to help, Debenhams say TCB have been advised to pay, TCB say they haven't, as the customer I am left in the middle, very little help received from either, wont ever order flowers from them again!

I have a problem every time I use Debenhams cash back. I occasionally have problems with other sites but Debenhams consistently is a no show and I have to lodge a claim, this takes months to resolve and when offered an amount it is never the full cash back that should have been paid. Most disappointed

I have not had many good experiences with this retailer for cash back, it often doesn't track. I currently have a claim outstanding from an order in November 2013. Cashback offered is quite low but in line with House of Fraser and better han John Lewis as they do not offer any cash back. I only shop with this retailer when they have offers which make the product I want cheaper than their competitors or when they do free gift with purchase on makeup/skincare. I do not rely on the cashback as it is very hit and miss. Very slow to resolve the claim still outstanding, 5 months is too long to wait for £2.50 cash back!

Declined my cashback after over 4 months of waiting.I was also planning on renewing my travel insurance with them but I won't use them now. TCB did nothing to resolve either.

As a regular Debenhams shopper, I have always gone through Cashback, on the first few occasions it has been really successful, then since 2012 they have always been declined, I'm assuming they are trying to entice the customer and keep them happy at first then after a few claims they do not want to pay out again. REALLY DISAPPOINTING with Cashback and Debenhams, wont even bother trying again!

Cash back did not track and I have been patiently waiting eight months for the cash back of £18. TCB have now placed it on hold. Not holding my breath on actually receiving the money but would not use again.

Two different orders - Cashback declined for the first and the claim is now 7 months old for the second one. Pretty poor all round really.

I don't know what is happening with Debenhams cashback, they used to be very reliable but my last 3 or 4 orders haven't tracked. I don't think I will bother even going through tcb anymore. Very disappointed with tcb and Debenhams

Been waiting 3 months for a transaction to track, with no success. Don't think I'll bother with this merchant again. Why do some people have no trouble getting their cash back due and others have no chance? Think Topcash need to look into this.

I used to have no problems with Debenhams, but last May changed all of that… That is when Debenhams started to decline cashback. Of course, I have raised claims and made various disgruntled noises, but they are having none of it and are firmly refusing to pay out. I am more than disappointed with the outcome, not least because it seems Debenhams is lying. None of the 3 reasons given for declining the cash back is valid for any of my orders, so they are just worming out of paying cashback (once they have lured you in with the pretence of it being paid). They have also denied cashback on the other well-known cashback site -- again, it was not a problem until last year. I will probably never again shop online with Debenhams because of this. And I urge you to consider this when you next go to order...

I bought a couple of things from debenhams in august 2013...it didn't track.Lodged a claim with tc,,,still waiting for the matter to be resolved inspite of giving details of the items etc. do not wish to order from this merchant again !!!

I placed an order with them on 28/12/2013 spending in total £28.90. I was confirmed the cashback of £0.87 which went under "payable". I cancelled the claim with topcashback customer service discovering today that the cashback was declined!!! After I collect my order from the falkirk store, they are keeping sending me emails saying that my order is still "available for the collection". They are very bad organised and I had a negative experiance with them. I will not use them again hider from the cash back site, their web site or in store. NOT RECOMMENDED

Have used them 3 times and have had to lodge a claim for each and payment and response is prolonged. Why offer a service on topcashback if they don't want to pay. Seems to me to be delaying tactics by debenhams
