Debenhams cashback has never tracked for me, so frustrating - why on earth be on the Topcashback site if their systems are not set up for this? They did eventually pay out on my last two orders, but I have just placed another and surprise surprise, after a week there is still no cashback showing on my account. Appalling for such a large retailer.

again placed an order and never tracked - have had to submit a claim, as others have said do get cash back eventually but never automatically always have to open a claim, reason for this is unknown

Have purchased few times and on each occasion it never tracks and I have to open a claim, 2 are open and sent to merchant, have placed an order today so will wait to see tracks automatically or not

I have placed 3 orders recently and none of them have tracked. I am very disappointed as previous orders tracked with no problem.

I am extremely disappointed with Debenhams cashback. Although the claims tracked for 2 separate transactions, they were both later declined. I believe this to be because I returned part of the orders - although I still had spent over £60 on one order even after the return. I appealed this, basing my claim only on cashback for the total of those items I had kept, but Debenhams refused to pay saying my claim did not qualify. There was no further explanation given. Doubtful I'll use Debenhams again as I have previous experience of poor Customer Service. Unsatisfactory.

so very disappointed in the debs cashback!!!!! love to shop with them,but not tracking and it reflects on where I spend my money haven't had any update on my raised ticket claims so Debenhams will probably give you a miss.

Have used the online ordering a few times now and it always tracks by the next day at the latest. Delivery is very quick,simple to return via Royal Mail if required or return to store service. Really impressed and will definitely use again.

Did not pay cashback at the advertised rate. In response to my claim they responded that the claim did not qualify for cash back, even though they had paid out at a lower rate. As the transaction had automatically tracked at the lower, incorrect, rate this was clearly not the correct response. Very poor service, and will be avoided in future.

Response from my claim for untracked cashback: Having chased your claim with the merchant network it unfortunately appears that your claim could not be approved. The comment that has been provided regarding this rejection is that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. In summary, AVOID DEBENHAMS, THEY'RE THEIVES!

I have purchased through TCB in the past and purchases never tracked though I always got the cashback eventually after submitting a claim. Great to see that tracking with Debenhams is now working, with my purchase tracking within the hour. Shame that the percentage of cashback is so low!

Great service tracked quickly and paid out very quick. This company is not on fast track system but does not need to as they are just as quick.

I have had several transactions that have not been tracked, many of which I have forgot to raise tickets for. The last one was on 11 March and I did raise a ticket for this but I am still waiting for approx. £18 cashback to show in my account and I have again made 2 purchases with Debenhams this last 2 weeks and again neither transaction has tracked. I have no issues with other transactions just Debenhams so something needs to be done about this!

Same as other recent reviewers. Cashback use to track 95% of the time but now a bit hit and miss. I have placed 15 separate orders this month and only 6 tracked. I've put in cashback claims for the other 9 orders!

Whilst I really appreciate being offered 5% cashback for purchases with Debenhams, I have made 3 separate purchases recently and not one of them tracked! Very disappointed - this is only the second seller I have had problems with in the few years that I have been using Topcashback.

debenhams used to pay the cashback quickly but recently they have been bad ,tracked over 2 months and nothing paid ,very slow

Placed two orders one day apart, one for around £60 and one for around £40, cashback tracked and confirmed then after a month went to £0. Filed a claim and it was refused by Debenhams due to the fact that they claim we returned an item for a replacement, the fact is it took debenhams 4 deliverys to send a set of wine glasses as they were so poorly wrapped they kept getting smashed. Under the terms of cashback if you send an item back for replacement you loose the cashback, tried to argue it was their fault and we would not have broken the terms if they had sent them correctly, they refused. The other thing is they would not payout for the other order either even though it was placed in a seperate order. I hope to see Debenhams on the next headlines of shops gone in to administration I will not be buying from them again as they are over priced, the orders placed only worked out at a little cheaper than else where if taking the topcashback in to account

Got to laugh at this cashback experience, I ordered item payment was taken off my debit card to then be e-mailed they can't fullfil my order, took sometime to get money back into bank but they payed me 63p cashback ;-)
