Took 6 years and they declined
I just had my cashback that has been pending since 2019 declined, no explanation as to why, but it taking 6 years in itself is disgusting

Cash back not paying correctly
It states cash back up to 11% for bookings after April 2025, my booking is April 2026 and I’ve only been issued 2%. I’ve opened a claim and TopCashback says it won’t be looked at for a year!!!! Are you kidding me!!??

Don’t bother
Rejected my claim which was 100% booked through TCB , will not use again. Paid in full up front , did not track , put on ice then rejected after my stay.

Black Friday 20% Scam

Don't use the app if you want cashback!
Through trial and error I have found that cashback not only doesn't track if you use the app, but Hotels.com will ALWAYS decline the cashback amount. 5 bookings in the last 12 months, 3 through app, all declined. 2 made on my desktop Apple Mac using Safari and all tracked successfully and paid within 3 months of completed stay.

Dreadful
Cashback now rarely, if ever, tracks and disputes have to be opened. This drags on for months and often results in Cashback being declined on the grounds that ‘ Transaction cannot be traced’. This company has become a joke and the change in its own rewards programme has also turned a pretty decent regards programme into something not with bothering with. You are better to book direct with the hotel.

Cashback does not always track
Every time I cancel a booking it is because cashback did not track. In general, this happens a lot. Also, cashback earned can take many month sometime years to be up for payout :(
