Took a policy out in Aug 2018, been waiting all this time for payout, checked account today and pending payment is now showing a balance of zero and no confirmed payment from when originally signed up, will not use these again and recommend people go to other companies.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I've had two insurance policies with Legal and General and waited for cashback for months only to query it and have it declined for spurious reasons. I clicked on the link from Topcashback and paid for a policy; how can there be any issue with that?

Cashback took 8 months to get through after filling in additional forms and repeating information several times. Pretty useless!

Did not receive cashback. Did not track and after almost a year of dealing with topcashback it's been declined. Argued several times including saying I can provide the receipt and policy number but legal and general just refuse and will not provide a reason apart from "terms and conditions not met". I took out a combined buildings and contents insurance, what other terms and conditions are there to meet. Very dissappointed with the way topcashback have handled my claim as they are unable to get a valid reason and also were not bothered about the fact I had 100% proof I took out a policy. Avoid legal and general as it's he first company that hasn't paid out.

Bought the insurance, but unfortunately it didn't track. Provided the requested Insurance number and ref to prove purchase. Legal and General rejected the claim without an appropriate response. I'm not blaming TopCashback....but be aware, so of these big organisations just try anything not to pay. Imagine what they're like if you wanted to claim on the insurance policy itself. Shame

Bad experience with L&G I had to open a case to retrieve the cash back as it never came through. Got it now now only with the help of the efficient systems tcb have in place
