	0 Stars - Pointless Merchant, Avoid! Either incompetent or dishonest business practices means this doesn't track. "We have now received a final response for your claim and been informed that we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed. This means we have been unable to obtain any money back on your behalf." The argument "we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed" could inanely be said about any purchase from any merchant on TCB ever. Yet Lufthansa choose to have a relationship with TCB and TCB appears to blindly agree to promote one despite all these negative reviews suggesting spurious rejection reasons such as the above. Frankly TCB you are doing yourselves a disservice by continuing to offer cashback with this merchant if they are permitted to reject claims with the above meaningless reasons.

	Scam: avoid It doesn't matter how much you abide by the rules and terms, this will not track correctly and, after logging a ticket, Lufthansa's agent will wrongly state that TopCashBack was not the last referrer. My most recent purchase was for a few thousands pounds so the cashback due was over a hundred pounds. No wonder they find ways not to pay out. Also, when you do have to fly with LH, their customer service is bottom of the barrel. I had to take them to court to get an EU261 compensation payment, and even after they caved in, they took over a year and further threats of court enforcement to hand over the money. They are a truly despicable organisation. Sometimes they are the only option on certain routes and you have no sensible alternative for your needs, so you have to put up with them, otherwise I would avoid entirely.

	Does not track or payout Tried claiming 4 times for expensive Business class fares and every time TCB reject it as their partner has no record of me making the purchase through TCB, even using different browsers and accepting all cookies etc. Waste of time, don't bother and you won't get paid out

	Lost Our Luggage We flew business class as a special treat, but they lost our luggage and were no help at all. Our return flight was incident free, but the outbound left us anxious. I would say that if you have just hand luggage it would be fine, but for what is meant to be a prestigious well-run airline, Lufthansa have really slipped and their customer service is appalling.

	Scam I’ve put through tens of purchases made on LH via TCB. They didn’t track once. I even used different browsers, filmed the whole process… I’ve opened claim after claim after claim for a total of £1,000+ in cashback. They wouldn’t honour it once and TCB is complicit in keeping a merchant on their platform knowing it won’t pay out. It’s bad bad bad. Just received another two declines totalling £250+.

	Fantastic option for cash back I travel a lot throughout the year, and you get a excellent amount back with Lufthansa. Very easy transaction and money reached account in no time

	Lufthansa don't pay out My purchase initially tracked, then after a few weeks moved to decline. Customer service ticket raised and still refused to pay out.

	Good airline, crap at cashback I fly regularly, using Lufthansa as I'm going to Germany. The airline are usually fine. But despite always going through TCB, and not doing any of the things you aren't supposed to, I've had 90%+ of my claims denied - usually because they can't identify that TCB was the last channel of the sale. Which is rubbish as I click through and book the flight. The cashback is always for a small amount so it is an annoyance more than anything else. But it is annoying.

	Denied cashback on three transactions. Retailer denied cashback despite the click being tracked and the booking made. Avoid, you'll not get the benefit of it.

	Rejected a legitimate claim They falsely refjected the claim by feedback of using "another marketing channel". It looks like a gimmick for cashback when they don't have any intensions of honoring legitimate cashback.

	Never received any cashback booked 7 flights via top cash back. Never tracked any transactions and all claims have been declined for unknown reasons. Never use them again.
