	Cashback orginally tracked at zero and was then declined. Unfortunately by the time it was declined I was unable to raise a claim!!! Beware and keep an eye on the transaction, unfortuately the new layout of transactions meant that this wasn't on the front page of my dashboard so not sure when it was declined. I have submitted a support ticket but won't hold my breath given the other reviews. BUYER BEWARE, don't count on the cashback and only purchase from these if they are the cheapest otherwise it could cost you more in the long run!

	disgusting service, never got my cashback. purchase made in september 2015, took way over the estimated time then suddenly disappeared off my list. opened a claim to be told i had used a different site for my quote when i know for certain i didnt. very odd when smaller amounts come through fine but this £80 i was never paid, very disappointed with policy expert and topcashback, will never use again for larger amounts as always ends up being the same old!

	was told by agent of different policy with more cashback which i accepted but still got lower cashback awarded.Have told customer service but to no avail.You have bee warned.

	Took 7 months for Policy Expert to decline cashback. Reason is rubbish 'your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction.' I have had lots of success with TC so don't blame them but don't go with Policy Expert factoring in cashback if cheaper and better cover elsewhere. Gutted that this was declined. Will not be renewing policy.

	Bought contents and buildings cover from them via topcashback a year ago and never received any cashback. Submitted a customer claim and after 13 months the merchant has declined my claim. Totally disappointed with them, decided to not go with them this year as the customer service from policy expert was really pushy and rude when trying to convice me to renew the policy.

	wouldn't authorise payment after a legit purchase and manual claim. Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing my home insurance! Certainly will not be using them again! Despite this, topcashback were very helpful but came against a dead end with this company, really unfair and disappointing.

	They never pay up. 3 separate cashback policies taken out, all declined. Don't bother with this company you'll end up paying more than you should.

	The cash back is only paid against two of their panel of insurers so you don't get the cheapest quote from their panel, you just get an expensive quote from one of two insurers. In my opinion it will cost you a lot more than the cashback you will make. Go elsewhere.

	started a policy. waited for cashback which never came (opened claim 3 months after start of policy). ended up moving house so I had to cancel the policy so they cancelled the claim. probably wont bother with them again and go elsewhere next time.

	Took out home and buildings insurance expected £70 cashback said i was already a customer which i was not just went back to them because they were offering cashback THEY NEVER PAID would not use them again very poor company if they do not honor cashback what chance have you if you have a claim on your insurance

	We bought the Premium policy and unfortunately our household had an escape of water incident 8 months ago. Amazingly, the Insurers are still procrastinating on a settlement even though all documental evidence has been provided. An in-house surveyor was sent 2 months after the occurrence, an Independent Surveyor sent 7 months thereafter and now the Financial Ombudsman is involved with an Adjudicator. This was our first ever claim with any Insurer and the way our case is being treated is deplorable and scandalous. As long as 'Trinity Claims' remains the company that Policy Expert uses as Claims Handlers, we would definitely not recommend this retailer. They are the most obnoxious and unprofessional bunch of peeps we have ever come across. Saving a few pounds on this Insurance broker results in a false economy given the amount of distress, loss of earnings and energy we've dispensed since the start of our claim. You have been warned! Regarding cashback, this was untracked and subsequently denied....
