Not tracking any more
Since just before Christmas, none of my orders have tracked. They all have one thing in common - the order numbers are now 10 digits, starting with a 1, instead of 9 digits starting with a 9. That's right, Sainsburys have reached 1 billion orders.
Is it too cynical of me to suggest that there might be a connection?

No cashback
I think for the past two months I have not received automatic notifications of cash back with Sainsbury's.... so I have had to put in multiple customer service tickets to get them and it is hard when you shop every week to keep track. Can you tell me why it has suddenly stopped being as good as it was?

Slow in paying out
Sainsburys used to pay up quickly , but over the last 2 months we have had a to put in claims for the cashback.

Cashback doesn't track
As with a number of others on here, although I have been using Sainsbo's for a couple of years now I have never a single cashback track. We are talking probably 20 - 30 deliveries, so that is multiple opportunities for it to have done so. I can see on my earnings page I have clicked throught to the retailer, so I am doing this part correct at least. As I rarely have issues with any all of my other online purchases via Topcashback, I am pretty sure I am not the cause of this failure.
