	Declined for no reason. Not using Sainsburys any more for cashback.They decline payouts stating that the amount to pay out is £0.00.I have had about 10 transactions not paying out.

	Cashback Never Tracks Every transaction has to be queried and a claim submitted to missing cashback, then it takes months to resolve. Very poor.

	The seem to decline They always seem to track, I get the email to say I’ve shopped. After that though, most times I’ve shopped seem not to be payable. Unsure why. So given 3 stars, as the odd shop may payout.

	Required to request missing claim every times. I could not get the cashback to my account automatically until request a missing claims . It was frustrated and spent time to counter check whatever the cashback was added. I have raised this problem since last year but no improvement.

	Sainsburys Several times now it has been 0% payout, I did fill in all the criteria. So not using top cash back anymore.

	Cashback for existing customers is back We'll see how tracking goes. All that's needed now is to get my outstanding claims sorted out and the pending cashback moved forward. Oh, and to get an ACTUAL ex-VAT order value shown, not just some spurious 5/6ths calculation which ignores the fact that most grocery shopping is Food, and therefore much is either Exempt or Zero-rated (therefore no VAT content).

	Disappointment for loyal existing customers Still given two stars for service of the delivery team. But for the cash back utter disappointment No more cash back for existing regular customers. Such a disappointment all previous cash back claims from end of last year have now been withdrawn declined, even though at the time it states cash back available for existing customers.

	Sorry cashback has ceased on regular orders It seems cashback has ceased on my regular orders for home delivery. This will impact on my choice of retailer for certain items

	Existing Loyal Customers Mean Nothing to this Brand So, Sainsburys have removed the cashback eligibility to existing customers so will now avoid using this supermarket for online orders as much as possible as no real benefit if they do not care for loyal consumers.

	Don't expect cashback from Sainsburys - buy a gift card instead and get 2% No chance of getting any cashback from Sainsburys via normal payment. They never seem to pay out. Better option is to buy a Sainsburys gift card from TopGiftCards tab - at least you get 2% of the value of the gift card that way.

	Never tracks and now they don't care about existing customers For the last couple of months none of my purchases with Sainsbury's groceries have tracked..... and I have had to put multiple claims in which are still outstanding. Yesterday I see that now they don't even give cashback to existing customers anymore. To be honest I am glad as it was getting too difficult to keep trying to claim it back every week. Been a customer of Sainsbury's for over 40 years and the level of service is actually getting worse not better so now I shop around instead.

	It's a Swindle Declined 3 payments as they are not giving cashback any longer to existing customers. Yet when the purchases went through they were giving cashback. It's a swindle.

	Be prepared to lodge a claim Sainsbury's Groceries NEVER tracks your cashback. You have to wait 7 days, then open a claim, and you'll have to work out the purchase amount without VAT otherwise they'll deny the claim. Takes ages for them to respond too.

	Existing Customers No cashback anymore So existing customers don't matter anymore to Sainsbury's in 2025?? Used to offer less than £1 cashback on average which I used weekly but now nothing for existing customers. Not impressed at all!
