Awful
Sainsbury's Groceries consistently provides the absolute worst cashback experience of any retailer I've shopped with. I'm honestly not sure why either I, TopCashback or Sainsbury's bother. Despite clearing cookies etc., my weekly orders never track and they always refuse claims. Doesn't help that they require claims to be submitted with the order total exc. VAT, but they don't provide that amount on any of their order confirmations or receipts. I wonder if the problem is to do with amending baskets, but this even the original orders don't track and you have to book slots in advance if you want to guarantee a time / date. Honestly, don't waste your time, they are very misleading.

Always runs smoothly
When I do my weekly online grocery shop at Sainsburys, I just make sure I go through the top cashback portal and I accrue around £1 back on every shop, it's nice when this soon mounts up and can be withdrawn.

Went through a run of over a year with cashback regularly and reliably tracking for every order but now we're back to having to lodge a claim every single week. That's an awful lot of extra work for 89p. Please sort out your system, it will save us all a lot of work.

Dishonesty personified.
Over the last 3 years only 2 orders actually paid out the remainder 30 plus no definitive reason given and Topcashback always let them off the hook even when evidence is submitted to support the claims made . It appears from asda and confusedcom claims rejected Topcashback are in cahoots with them and are quite happy to go along with such dishonesty and must be acceptable to screw over the client base

Not always paid
Sometimes I am paid for my shop at Sainsburys and others not please can I ask why?My order is always over£45 and I am never lucky enough to have any coupons so that can’t be the reason why. I book a slot then add too until the delivery date each time I go through you but for the past few shops it hasn’t happened no cashback. have a order for Nov7th at almost £100 but as yet it hasn’t appeared on the stores I have visited.

Top cash back claims
Like the previous two reviews, I too haven't received cash back since 20th June. I shop on-line at this store every week. It's a shame that they don't value my loyal custom given that I spend in excess of £7800.00/year. I will certainly try to claim this back.

Since the beginning of this year none of my shops have tracked and when I fill in the missing cashback form they decline it saying thus wasn't the last channel used when it was. Feeling very disappointed with their lies

Not a merchant for single occupancy households.
Since the recent increase in the minimum order amount to £45 (for both delivery and click & collect), this is no longer a merchant for single occupancy households (unless you are stocking up on food or purchasing higher value / pricey products). Hence the two stars only.
Supermarkets (especially!) really need to start taking into consideration households with single occupancy. The official data shows there has been a significant increase in the number of them in the last decade or so and the number keeps going up.
Otherwise, the cashback tracks just fine and is processed and paid quite fast.

My weekly shops have stopped tracking since late July
I complete a large family online shop with Sainsbury's every week and always activate the cashback tracking with each new order. Since the end of July this year I've not had a single transaction track and show up on my TC dashboard. It's been one of my only big earners over the last couple of years and it seems pointless paying for the premium TC account when none of my Sainsbury's shops have tracked for the last two months.

Literal free money
I get cashback on my usual weekly shop - which I would be doing anyway. Only 1% cashback but it really adds up over the year and I probably get a completely free shop using the topcashback money!

No claims paid since mid June
Very disappointed in Sainsburys online. Started off well getting cashback showing within a day or two then suddenly mid June everything stopped. It still shows on TopCashBack as available for cashback, but nothing!! Not good Sainsburys. Will shop elsewhere when my Delivery Pass runs out.

Sainsbury's has decided not to issue further payments as the last three shops did not track, and manual claims are being ignored. It seems pointless; perhaps it's best to remove them until they have resolved their issues.

Not paying out reliably
I use TCB regularly and most purchases track. Sainsbury's rarely does, and when you have to put in a manual claim they simply don't pay out. Very disappointing and other reviews share this concern. If they don't want to pay out they shouldn't be offering the cashback in the first place.
