Cashback declined without reason, only reason I choose this supplier was because of the cashback. I followed the t&c's so there is no reason to decline it, just shows the lack of integrity of this compan, avoid!!

Changed from Eon to Shell on 10/12/20. As of 26/3/21 Shell still haven't sorted my account out. They have also doubled my standing charges without informing me. I have telephoned them and emailed them and all I get is gibberish replies. Utterly appalling company.

Did not track at Shell's end (Many didn't at the time of takeover from First Utility), sent in claim and Shell have had it over 8 months, still nothing!! Shell Energy are a disgrace!!.
