As an ex EDF customer, I regret doing this switch. Why? 1) Cashback was meant to be £100, not £50. Its a con. 2) EDF continued to bill me, and First Utility billed me too, at the same time. I just don't have the energy to sort it all out (I am quite disabled)

Great, I'm £100 pounds richer! It took approximately four months from switching to cashback becoming payable. No issues whatsover; I'm very pleased. Also, the tariff I applied for gave me 3 x £20 Amazon vouchers. I've already received the first one of these.
