This one took a while for me. The initially couldn't find my claim despite me giving them account number etc. They needed my customer registration ID that I don't think I was given. I had to contact first utility to get it. I ordered on 2nd August expecting £50 cashback, I submitted my claim 10th August, there was a fair bit of emailing back a forward and refusal before they finally agreed £40 which i received on 9th February.
