although the registration process went smoothly, the cashback did not track and i had to lodge a claim which i hope will result in successful collection of the missing cashback with the help of the Topcashback team but I am advised it may take months before the outcome is known. This is disappointing considering that the cashback amount played a big part in my decision to select First Utility and go through to them via the Topcashback link

Didn't process cashback automatically. Rejected cashback claim due to Invalid Order ID. No order ID in comms from First Utility & Claim form advises to sue account ID, That was correct. Still no Cashback!!!

Very disappointing. Six months after my switch, but still not been paid cashback. TCB have recognised the transaction, but say they are still waiting for FU to pay them.

Really poor - moved both my GAS and ELECTRICITY to them and they declined my cashback. I provided account number & transaction number .... Don't bother with them and go somewhere else as there are many to chose from.

Still waiting for them to change my meter over - but they have been charging me twice; on dual fuel for both utilities, prepayment meters so I have to top up both. I then lose my electric key and it takes all day trying to find out who is actually supplying my home - as apparently because they failed to send the meter keys/cards, or anyone to update my meters. Had to go through all of Sunday without electric or gas, and the same for Monday around 4pm. Had plenty of different people coming out to check my meters, get confused, ring head office, scratch their heads and say they'll be back!

Didn't track at first but quickly resolved. Payment updated and payable within just a few weeks, other than the initial clitch, (hence 4* not 5*) really very good.

Tracked quickly but at wrong amount. Now showing as payable but the issue with the amount remains outstanding. I would have given 5 stars had the merchant resolved the issue for me
