Order upgrade October 2012 and despite cashback being confirmed as of today 24 May 2013 still not payment. Not happy, I look forward to changing suppliers all round!

Its a con, been waiting for cashback since last October and still not even tracked despite raising queries 3 times. This was one of the reasons I chose SKY broadband, never again which is a shame as the broadband is much better than Talk Talk which I had previously

A real bad cashback experience, it tracked ok but about £75 less than was offered, I raised it and it just sat there for ever then it need to be resubmitted which took months. 8 months later and I am still waiting. Ridiculous.

Estimated Payable - 10 weeks Still waiting after 22 weeks! The delay is, apparently, affecting others too - but I see no warning about this for others.

So far to date no cashback has been received yet taking out broadband and phone that went live early November 2012. Service for broadband has been terrible wish I never left O2 now as both my speed and service was the best you can get. I have been without broadband several weeks during my time with Sky and when live the connections have been terrible. Customer service even tried to tell me that I am at fault which I found insulting especially when my local area has been experiencing these issues and have gone to lengths to set-up facebook pages for it. When the minimum contract term is up I shall move to another provider without hesitation and will probably use the other well known cashback site too, as so far I can't seem to raise a claim for this one. If the situation changes I will come back and update / edit this negative review but until then SKY cashback is not something to be relied upon nor is their service.

Ive been with sky for TV for as long as i care to remember but now have Sky for TV, phone and broadband, everything went smoothly and all cashback received quickly and without fuss for switching phone and broadband for to Sky

only put 5stars so it would show up, i ordered sky broadband through topcashback in aug 2011 and still having an ongoing claim with them, the offer was for 70.70 so far I have received 20.00 the order was tracked sucessfully but still no joy, topcashback are wrighting to merchant to chase, this was done in sep 2012 and still no answers - complete false advertisement!!!!

Top Cashback had to go back to Sky for me to get any cash. The Cashback wasn't the amount that was on the site when i originally ordered it, it was half the amount, but at least they got me something. I have rated the "likely to re-visit" question high because i have no other option but to use Sky, i will definitely try for Cashback.

Ordered my broadband and calls package on the 14th February and cashback has just gone into my bank account today. No problems with tracking and very happy with Sky.

Nearly 6 months since upgrade to HD and over 5 since TCB put in missing cashback claim and nothing. From other reviews it seems I'm unlucky, but not a thing and no response.

UPGRADED TO SKY HD EARLY NOV STILL WAITING FOR CASHBACK TO TRACK ALTHOUGH RECEIVED M AND S VOUCHERS WITHIN 2 WEEKS !!!!!!!.DONT KNOW WHAT SKY ARE PLAYING AT FEEL MIS-LEAD HOPING TCB WILL SORT AS HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES LIKE THIS BEFORE WITH CASHBACK

Can't give Sky any stars at all. Took out Broadband and Phone in July, didn't track, and nothing has happened despite me sending four nudges. And their broadband is rubbish too. Avoid Sky.

Cashback has never been paid and this was over 4 months ago! Placed complaint with Top Cash Back but not much has happened and can't see it happening either! So now stuck with a contract, crap internet service (worse than BT if that is possible!) and have even charged me for the first 3 months which are meant to be free! Hope others have more luck.....

I think Sky are a fabulous company, who have offered me outstanding service from the off. I have never had any problems with them, and their customer service staff are excellent, if you need advice about anything.

This makes it sound like there's no cost to upgrade, which isn't true. To get the free hd box you need to buy the hd pack, which is an extar £10.50 per month. There is no option to just select the box and get the 4 free hd channels.
