Cashback tracked but at a lower amount than was shown at the time of making the transaction. Such scammers Sky are - if only you could avoid like the plague!

Hi there, could you lodge a claim for an incorrectly tracked transaction? We can then look into getting this tracking at the rate expected. Please be aware though that if you have purchased a movie or sport package, this amount will not be applied to your account until 6 months after purchase. Kind regards, TopCashback

I am yet another unhappy customer. Cashback still not tracked from March. Opened query but tcb till querying with merchant. Dont hold out much hope for cashback.

Signed up for Skygo in October 2013 and after chasing, have finally had my claim rejected. My experience with TCB is that its excellent and its only with Sky cashback that I have ever had claims rejected - two now - where there is no obvious reason why.

Very disappointed. I upgraded for at least 6 months sports to receive £30.30 and kept it for 9 months. 15 months later my claim has been rejected and they don't even have to give a reason why despite me putting a claim in for it

I'm not happy at all, and will be leaving Sky as soon as my contract expires. I followed the instructions to the letter, but my order didn't track. I then supplied the order number, my customer reference and all other necessary details to track the order. After six months of inactivity on Sky's part, they decided to refuse the claim with no reason given. I only upgraded my deal based upon the price after cashback. Were it not for this (empty, as it turned out) promise I would have gone elsewhere. Don't take the chance!

Two separate existing upgrades purchased through topcashback both of which have been turned down by Sky. Tickets raised with topcashback but they haven't been able to resolve the issue. Will not use again.

Did everything i was suppose to do, the little box came up as a logged visit and i did everything correct. My claim sat in pending until i contacted customer services. Sky have now declined as they have no trace. Although i have it on my pending about 10 minutes before i bought the product from Sky. I would have gone with another company if i'd have know that they would decline a genuine honest claim.

Followed the right procedures,waited and waited......Then cashback declined !NO reason given,what a joke tricked out of 41.50....Wish i hadn't bothered!Shall not forget this when contract comes up for renewal!

Took on an extra bundle with the incentive of £42 cashback......Went straight from pending to declined!No explanation!!SKY you are a joke,if only there was some decent competition out there i'd cancel for good.

Don't upgrade for the cashback! I ordered movies in october 2013 & had to raise a claim as it did not track and as of today i am still waiting, not holding my breath on this one.

Ordered in March and it tracked for a few months then says it has now been declined. Have lodged a claim but not holding my breath - never received the £100 M&S vouchers either - what a misrepresentation of trading - should NOT be allowed on TCB - certainly would not use Sky for anything else due to this - hate being scammed.

Takes up to 6 months, now been waiting 13 months and still not paid out. Put a claim in so we shall see if I get it. Just upgraded to movies and sports so used tcb again. I live in hope.....

another unhappy customer, the order was tracking and tracking , and then rejected! I did keep contacting top cash back to ask why it was taking ages but they said it was normal! Have now had to put in a claim, nearly 8 months after the order and still no sign of the cash back! SHOCKING !

not doing this again. Upgraded to sports. Initially it tracked for the correct amount, then it halved, then it went to 0.00. Had to make a claim. still waiting. cancelled my sports, now i get bombarded with phonecalls from sky numerous times a day

Sky existing customers upgrade, I upgraded to Fibre broadband with £80 cashback, initially it did not track, I manually claimed and Sky have now declined the cashback saying that there was NO cashback on product purchased.

Twice I have fallen for this!- You upgrade your subscription most recently in December for 6 months sky movies with £60 cash back, The claim initially tracks but at a lower amount but you are told it will upgrade at later, after 5 months it downgrades to zero and you can no longer maker a claim as you only have 100 days to make a claim on a product that has a 180 validation period - This is clearly designed to mislead on the part or sky and disappointingly topcashback who a normally great.

Purchased Entertainment+ package with Sky Upgrades Cashback, expecting £50. It didn't track. When TCB contacted Sky they refused the CB saying they didn't offer it on this product. The CB was clearly labelled at the time. Very disappointed.

Unbelievable! My first sky cashback when I upgraded to sky broadband using internet explore did not track and no reason was given, and no reason has to be given, apparently. I went through google chrome on 28th November 2013 to upgrade to movies expecting £40.40 cashback but it tracked at £20.20 with a message that it would increase at a later date. Today it has reduced to nil with no explanation and I cannot query this as the claim was over 100 days. Top cashback should remove sky from its website.
