Sign up Sky online and was told to complete the transaction on the phone. I felt very uncomfortable, and ask the customer service personnel on the phone 3 times if it would affect my cash back, and he said no 3 times. But after reading all the reviews here,I think I was cheated, and likely to lose £200+ of cash back.

NOT HAPPY I have never really had a problem on here but SKY takes the biscuit I did everything correctly signed up for 3 months of movies and waited 6 mnths for £30.30 cashback and they have refused claim I am not happy at all I have spent and still do a fortune with them

I've been an existing customer with Sky for many years now every time I upgrade I go through Top Cashback to order anything from Sky but its seems to take forever. I've got 3 claims going out the moment and I've still got to do another one. Its only because the cashback was good thats why I went for it but Sky they are a nightmare.

Under no circumstances, sign up for Sky if you,re only going for the cashback. Terrible at paying and Just declined my cashback, even though I pay them £27 a month. Read the feedback before signing up on this one. Personally I think they should be taken off the site

No sign of any cashback even after 12 months! I opened a claim and sent various nudges for an update with no updates. I then asked what was going on and Sky have closed my claim as "Claim could not be found using information provided” Nonsense! I gave all the info needed and they come up with a 1 line cop out. NOT RECCOMMENDED!

Wish i had read the comments before placing my order.....just clicked through the existing customer deals to obtain the £50.50 cashback for the upgrade to `Entertainment Extra Plus`,it tracked immediately and is showing the correct value pending....but is listed as a Sky New Customer cashback deal,i hope this doesnt cause any problems regarding payment !!

Went via TCB for Sky Sports expecting £20 Cashback. Did not track, and after eleven months Sky have finally responded that they will not be honouring cashback, declining to give a reason. Would have subscribed anyway so no big deal for me, but avoid if you're factoring in cashback.

Very poor - I followed the Cashback requirements to the letter. Initially it did not track, although my other cash back transactions did. After submitting a request (original transaction in 22/04/13), and waiting months for any update, I received a rejection from Sky (31/10/13) with no reason stated. I would not buy through TopCashback if you are expecting any cashback from Sky. You'll be lucky if you do! I'd like to note that my service on the product from Sky is good and I like the broadband and telephone package they offer.

Whilst Sky states that they provide cashback on new subscriptions or upgrades, I have yet to receive a successful claim. First the claim for my new installation wasn't successful due to being unable to complete the order online, due living in a flat block rather than a segregated house. Then I upgrade to Sky movies and fulfil the requirements stated to receive cash back, but still Sky tracks nothing and only several months later states that they do not give cash back on this item, even though it was advertised for cash back months before and still is being advertised presently. If it wasn't for the fact that Sky has a good product, I would have left just to prove a point. Basically, just don't bother applying for cash back because in my experience you won't get it.

Ordered multiroom through cashback as an existing to upgrade I would get 40.00 Back on cashback, in August. Tracked but had to lodge missing cashback claim. Response today is not eligible. As with other reviews it definately seems like the cashback offer was just a con. I will now be reviewing my sky package..If they cant pay then I will also look to take my custom else where. Have given 5 stars so this review will be posted at top.

I've been looking at the customer reviews for Sky. Most of the 5 star ratings are from dissatisfied customers!!! They have chosen to give 5 stars to ensure their review is posted. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Perhaps you should too. This merchant should be immediately removed from Topcasback. I intend to pursue this matter with Trading Standards.

Its took about 11 months and a claim filed for missing cash back, but today its been tracked and payable. Very happy its finally been sorted. Sky is rubbish for getting it right but Topcash back is brillant for sorting the problem out. Many Thanks :)

Of three upgrades I have made with Sky Existing Customer link all have tracked at 0 and have been eventualy declined. The notes said these upgrades would initially be tracked at £0 but be correctly paid. Put in claims for these of which some we sorted but then "zeroed" again. I am giving up hope for upgrades through this. On the plus side all my "new customer tracks" have worked and been paid promptly.

Only left 5 star as won't get seen otherwise! Worst experience I've ever had on here!, took 9 months for the cashback to come through, it was excuse after excuse! ALSO, with my sky going down 2or3 times A WEEK, the sky bill keeps going up, the customer service is atrocious, I can't record something unless sky if off or unless I am watching that channel, sky can't explain it, my internet connection is terrible, despite customer service saying it's really good, it takes 2 minuets to load a page on my brand new computer from less than 10ft away! Keep adding random charges to my phone bill even though I never use the home phone and no one rings it! always talking to customer service, who are rude! As soon as my contract ends I will not be sticking with sky, worse service I've ever had, and this is how they treat customers! No pluses with sky, my best advise would be to AVOID!! find another provider, loads of people have this service with sky, no one does with any other provider, my monthly bill is nearly 100 pounds a month and I get spoken down to! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Don't bother using the cash back, as per other's they don't want to pay it. Went for £60 odd to £0.00 after orering FIBRE. It's not been upgraded, and paid for and SKY decided not to pay the cashback. Have asked TCB to provide details why SKY declined ...

if you are coming from BT and want to take out a broadband and telephone package. be warned that sky require a mac code the same time you put your order through top cashback. but skys website does not request the mac code and you end up having the order fail because of sky mess up. you have your order cancelled and have to reorder online. ofc the is wrong and skys mistake but you also lose your cash back. this has just happened to me ty sky you are useless

Disgusted in the service from both topcashback and sky!!! Transaction didnt track properly and when i tried to raise a claim topcashback had a message on saying there was an issue with payments from when i ordered so i left it. 3 months later i raise a claim, 10 months later and only when i chased again they declined my claim as it was over 90 days old!!!!! DONT BOTHER AND GO TO ANOTHER CASHBACK SITE WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR MEMBERS!!!

Do not expect cashback from Sky! I followed the correct procedure, as usual, upgrading via top cashback, and 5 months later received this message: "Top CashBack was not identified as the last referrer to this transaction. Please note that this is not suggesting that you used another cashback website but indicates that another entity such as a search engine, comparison website, voucher code websites etc. may have become directly or indirectly associated in some way with this transaction." I presume Sky do this in many cases so their advertised £50 cashback plus £25 M& S voucher is blatant misrepresenation. Apparently I cannot be told who the mysterious alternative "last referrer" is so have no comeback whatsoever. I will be cancelling my sky account at the end of my contract, and cancelling my top cashback account as soon as outstanding payments are received, although the other 4 companies I have had to lodge claims for will probably have excuses not to pay!

I upgraded to Sky HD in Feb 2013 & should have got £25 cashback. 7 months on I still have no sign of the cashback despite an open cashback claim & countless nudges. Sky cashback seems to be a waste of time. Very disappointed.

Really disappointed in SKY, I upgraded to the movies and I have been waiting nearly 9 months for my cashback, which moved to the confirmed status after 3 months. I cannot log a claim as its over the 100days!!! I think Topcashback should let it be known if this is ever going to become payable. Would even be happy for anything as it really is money for nothing.
