Worst experience I've ever had on here!, took 9 months for the cashback to come through, it was excuse after excuse!
ALSO, with my sky going down 2or3 times A WEEK, the sky bill keeps going up, the customer service is atrocious, I can't record something unless sky if off or unless I am watching that channel, sky can't explain it, my internet connection is terrible, despite customer service saying it's really good, it takes 2 minuets to load a page on my brand new computer from less than 10ft away! Keep adding random charges to my phone bill even though I never use the home phone and no one rings it! always talking to customer service, who are rude! As soon as my contract ends I will not be sticking with sky, worse service I've ever had, and this is how they treat customers!
No pluses with sky, my best advise would be to AVOID!! find another provider, loads of people have this service with sky, no one does with any other provider, my monthly bill is nearly 100 pounds a month and I get spoken down to!
AVOID AT ALL COST!!
