I am very pleased with this offer. The cashback did take just under 4 months to become payable but this didn't bother me considering the amount of cashback I received just for changing broadband suppliers and saving money as Sky's broadband was much cheaper compared to how much I was paying previously. After a couple of month's, I did check our the reviews with people saying they had waited a year for payment and I was worried but I think 4 months is a satisfactory time to wait.

I upgraded to sky movies and expected cashback after 6 months. after 8 months I had nothing, so when I tried to lodge a claim it say I cant as its over 100 days. pointless!

Apparently the only way you get your comment seen is by giving the merchant 5 stars which is ridiculous as this gives false statistics to other people, I have tried for 2 weeks now to get broadbans and phone at peoplwith sky thru topcash back and all I get is that my order is unable to be completed online seems they dont want people to get cash back or that people will get fed up with trying and phone them to complete the order which they know will invalidate the cash back claim - this NEEDS to be looked into!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order for the Complete Bundle with £207 cashback. It tracked immediately but at £121.20! I've contacted topcashback and raised a claim - I hope they are able to fix this!

It would appear your comment is only shown if you give 5 stars!! i've been waiting over 26wks now for my cashback. I've never had this sort of problem with any other merchant, just ridiculous. Plus keep getting same excuse - basically not our problem. Won't be using them again!

we still have an ongoing issue with trying to claim our cashback we have already had our 12 months with sky and been trying to fight our claim for months now....surely topcashback can see everyone is annoyed with sky because of their incompetance to pay customers what they are due. this is a multi billion pound company but they cannot pay customers the offers they have shocking i will be leaving sky as soon as my contract is up never ever again

Very slow to track despite contacting Sky three times about the £100 M and s voucher and three false promises I have still not received anything. My son has also had a similar experience. I am beginning to wonder if these deals exist

I now know how Sky deal with orders placed through Topcashback. They confirm your order automatically online and then send an email saying that they have to check details and for you to phone. When you phone they say that due to some 'technical' issues the order did not go through and with the customer's permission they can complete the order over the phone. That way people do not qualify for the cashback. What a 'scam'!!

Top marks to TCB for sorting this out for me , however , i would be very cautious in doing this again for the cashback because Sky do not give order numbers for online existing customer upgrades !
You will need to keep all emails and correspondence from Sky and be prepared for a long battle.

Had no problems receiving my cashback. Having seen previous comments about it not tracking, i cleared the cache and cookies on my computer before purchasing in Oct 13, and have had it payout today (17th Jan 14)

Have been fighting for cashback for an upgrade to Sky Sports since Dec 2012. Originally tracked at £0 then up to £31-50 after claiming. This progressed to £31-50 confirmed, and has this week moved to £0 payable???????????????????

5 stars so people get to read this - what are SKY on about? Check out the upgrade I tried to do tonight - to add on Entertainment package. Clearly says its £5 per month, then when you click thorough it says "FROM £5 per month", then when you go to add the order to your basket its £10.50 per month!! Honestly, if there was a trade descriptions button for topcashback offers...............

Absolute RIP OFF!! I upgraded to movies in June 2012 and the cash back was £25.
It failed to track so eventually had to put in a missing claims procedure and yesterday, 12/11/2013 Sky rejected my claim. I for sure would NOT use this method again, I feel it was a total con!
