	Still waiting 11 months after taking out policy and confirmation of tracking. Very disappointed. Won't be buying a Swiftcover policy again as lack of cashback means my policy was more expensive than other quotes obtained.

	New £300+ policy taken out with Swiftcover partly due to the £35 cashback promised. I must have spent several hours emailing back and forth with TCB and even though they have tracked my click through to Swiftcover, and can see I took out the policy (I even have the insurance documents) apparently there has been some kind of mix up and I cannot get any cashback, even though I am due it! This has been a total nightmare from start to finish & I won't use Swiftcover again for this reason.

	99% of members using Swiftcover are NOT satisfied - from the feedback it appears that you only have a 50-50 chance of getting any cashback even if you follow all the correct procedures. TopCashBack seem happy to accept any excuse by the merchant not to pay cashback and should ditch this merchant if they are to retain any integrity. Only use if you are happy to take the high risk of the transaction proceeding WITHOUT cashback.

	policy taken 1st may still waitin but seems to have tracked ok says 15 weeks but beware ! 17 weeks and still waitin it cant be real !! Topcashback must read these reviews time they had a word and sorted this !!!! will contact then if no news by 1st sept

	Took out car insurance with Swiftcover at a cost of £468, this was rejected a month later with the reason 'through another marketing channel' being given. It was my first time seeking a quote, I use Chrome and I made the transaction via Internet Explorer which I use only for TCB transactions, so the other marketing channel is just a patent lie. So, cashback rejected and it's annoying because I had the same price quoted by other companies and so I could have gone with one of them and actually got cashback from an honest one. TCB being unable to do anything about it just left me feeling let down. As for Swiftcover as an insurance provider, I have no idea what they're like, as I've never had to make a claim and touchwood I never will, but if their insurance cover is anything like their willingness to honour cashback deals, then I would be very worried about getting a single penny paid out if I were to be involved in an accident. The experience paints Swiftcover (and TCB by association) in a bad light. Crooks.

	Cashback didn't track so opened a claim. After weeks of waiting for a response the outcome is that apparently the referral fee went to another undisclosed merchant. Meh.
