If you are buying an insurance from Swinton because you find they are the cheapest based on the amount of cashback you think you are going to get, then I wouldn't bother. You won't get it! I would have been so much better off going with another company but thought £40 cashback would make the policy very competative. As Swinton didn't bother to pay up, I would have been better off going elsehwere!

Changed to swinton car insurance 17th May and there has been no sign of the £40 cash back since. Would certainly not use again.

Took policy out at start of May, didn't track,raised a claim and sent nudges but never a reply - I did receive the cheque from Swinton at the start of August which is more then some by the look of it but disappointed to have not received the cashback from here as that is what influenced me to take the policy.

Think carefully before purchasing a policy from Swinton insurance it has been 12 months and I have not received a penny in cashback. They be removed from the website.

Swinton would not pay cashback as they said it had already been paid to another introducer. I suspect this is because I found Swinton using a comparison site and then came back to TCB to buy the policy. So beware of this.

After 16 months I finally have my cashback, it did take many messages & 20 odd nudges but Swinton & TCB have come good in the end

Took out car insurance through Swinton in Feb 10. Not tracked. Raised a missing c/b claim and nudged every month. Nothing. Also never received the cheque they promised either. Will not use again. Looking at all the other comments, seems they have gone downhill since Feb. Wonder why.

Took out my policy in June '09, & had took a while to track. Has now shown as pending for 11 months! Just told the Swinton woman why I wouldn't be renewing & she got really shirty!! Will never use this company again!

I'm still waiting (from early July 09) too despite several nudges. Swintin won't be getting my insurance this year if they're that inefficient. Are they as bad when it comes to making an insurance claim?

Still waiting for cashback to register. Policy taken out in Dec '09. Says cb will be paid after policy active for 3 months but has been 4 now - not pleased! Have made claim and sent two nudges already. Going through same with Swinton Home insurance too!

Nothing tracking, raised a claim, but still nothing. Car has been insured with them for two months now. No sign of the cashback or the £40 cheque that they promised. Swinton have turned into crooks. (To think,, i even laid the turf in the big bosses garden too, at a cheap, 'cash' job lol). Thats Swinton and the AA out ...

Over a year since purchase, sent queries & dozens of nudges, TCB reply is "sorry for the delay, we hope to have an answer soon" shocking service. Did not renew with Swinton bought a new policy elsewhere via another cashback site which tracked within the hour
