I rate my Swinton experience as First Class. Policy details were
professionally presented -not just a cheap letter format. My form to claim my £70 cash back was emailed promptly so there was no confusion over validity. My £70 was promptly received upon the 3 month deadline - WITHOUT prompting on my part.I congratulate the Swinton Team for great administration.Thank you. I am impressed. Tracked within hours. Will not become payable for three months but they tell you that at the outset. No problem - their Home Insurance cashback said the same and that was paid at the estimated date. Great cashback on an already competetive premium.

I purchased a new policy in July 2009, still not tracked. I have sent TCB an enquiry and nudges but to no avail. Not very impressed so far if they don`t pay up I will not purchase any insurance from Swinton in the future on principal.

Will not be using TCB for my insurance next year, still waiting since Feb despite putting in manual claim, sent message & 8 nudges all to no avail. Good job it was the cheapest. Strange how all my small amounts track & pay out on time but large amounts ie home (asda) & car insurance did not
