I bought car and home insurance at the same time. Home insurance tracked in 1 day - no sign of car insurance tracking. Plus I havent had either voucher from Swintons direct cashback - despite emailing them twice and them stating you will receive the email to claim within 2 days and must return it wihin 30 days. Not looking good. Has anyone definately received the cashback from both Swintons and Topcashback??

I took out motor insurance and with the £70 cashback offer the premium was very competitive. Applied online and once completed, Swinton called me back within 30 minutes to confirm policy set up and caller was able answer any queries . decided to hand in proof of no claims to local office and staff there also really friendly, helpful and polite. Excellent service.

Took out motor insurance on last week and it was pending in my account next day, impressed. Took out home insurance on Saturday but nothing appearing in the TCB account yet. Nor received redemption cash back email from the Swinton, less impressed!

This has been a nightmare for me too,it has taken four month to sort this out despite missing cash back claim submitted nudges and complaints sent,saved £95 on my car insurance though with the voucher code as well which is a cracking deal and it came good in the end.If your looking for a battle this is the place to be.

Purchased Car insurance 23.2.09. After 3 nudges and 4 complaints to TCB, the claim has appeared in my account today as payable (£55). Also received £40 cheque from Swinton.
Its been a long wait but was successful. Fully comp insurance actually cost me £36.
If you are still waiting be patient and nudge TCB, it seems to work.

This is my 1st transaction with TCB. I have been waiting since 23.2.09 and after 3 nudges and 4 complaints to TCB Swinton have finally paid up (£55). I also received a £40 cheque from Swinton after 90 days. For those still waiting...be very patient.
