very good. one of the cheapest insurances. i found i was covered more with this insurance then i was with the previous insurance. the cashback track quickly after the alloted time + the company itself give you a cashback cheque as well.

Insured with Swinton last year. Good customer services and very happy with them. Had phone call yesterday to advise me policy renewal due next month. Check comparison sites and they were second cheapest (1ST cheapest very bad reviews). Online quote cheaper than branch quote. Renwed online get two £40 cb's. Declined legal protection @ £25 but was given it free at the end of sign up. Branch quoted £267 for renewal, online paid £243 less their £40 cb and £40 tcb and free legal protection, total cost online £138.

1 Month gone no track no trace submitted manuel claim still nothing. Makes there policy expensive. I shall not use this company again

Confusion was caused because I took out two insurances which meant two cashback claims. One paid within three months, the other did not track straight away but did eventually, payment taking ages.

purchased insurance in July and it didn't track. Has now tracked after submitting an enqiury but still not confirmed. If you want your cashback don't bother with Swinton!

Took 5 days to track. Swintons own £40 cashback voucher arrived via email following day printed and have posted that. That will be payable in 3 months. Hopefully they are not one and the same. Logically this means £80 cashback, fingers crossed.

First found the car insurance I wanted, then checked topcashback to see if Swinton was a listed merchant. Fortunately it was and I got the policy I wanted via topcashback. Received telephone call from my local Swinton branch within 30 mins of purchasing the policy to find out if I had any questions relating to it and to let me know when I would receive policy documents and when and what I would need to sign and return - so far so good!

Cashback tracked within 1hr, Swinton cashback voucher arrived by email within 4hrs. I can deal with the local shop for NCB instead of posting things of and chasing them later. A very good experience and fully comprehensive insurance with protected NCB for 35p / day. Overall a good experience so far, I await paying out by TCB.
