Had to submit Cashback claim after the pending payment became £0 payable. This was promptly sorted by TCB and payment has been requested by BACS.

Not too sure whats going on with AA been waiting a good few months now for the cashback. Was meant to be £50.50 and they gave me about £19.00. Have sent a few emails to TCB to get it resolved however still waiting on the money!! Hope that it gets dealt with quickly.

Anyone who has noticed my previous reviews/comments on this purchase will realise I have been "badgering on" for about 4 months, to obtain the £50.50 due (as only £19.19 was confirmed by the merchant and eventually made payable). Today after TCB's chasing up the claim, I have finally had the balance of the £50.50 paid into my account.
Thank you to the staff at TCB for your efforts - and a lesson to everyone else who has had such difficulty in obtaining cashback from AA - never give up!!
Good Luck and hope everyone else gets what is due to them now as well.

Tracked at £50, but then paid at £0. These guys do not play fair. Avoid at all costs and go for a cheaper breakdown cover provider to start with.

Initially tracked quickly but then replaced with zero amount. Queried with topcashback who reinstated the origrinal cash back. This has again been replaced with zero amount.

Twice this retailer has confirmed my cashback correctly as £45.45 but when it comes to payment the amount showing is £0.00. Very annoyed as the transaction was more than 100 days ago so i can't submit a second missing cashback claim

Twice now my cash back has gone from £19.19 pending to £0.00 available to withdraw! What's up with AA, I did everything as expected and now twice they have refused to give me my cash back. Further more, i had stuff stolen and what a mission it was to try and make a claim, their backers Allianz are the most frustrating insurance people to deal with. Think twice before going with AA/Allianz.

Purchased on the 30th of jan and still waiting for cashback , its a joke! only got £19.19 from them up to now,which im not withdrawing even though it says payable,i was supposed to get over £50,sent several messages and nudges to tcb,waiting six months to receive cashback is pretty poor to say the least.

cmhare - suggest you submit a missing cashback claim or you may leave it too long. AA are fairly quick to confirm cashback - only it always seems to be an underpayment - or when it is correct, they then zero it when it becomes payable.
For what it's worth you got to "keep on top of it"!!

Have "no fear" TCB have now increased the cashback to £60.60 on breakdown contracts in excess of £100 per year. So instead of struggling to get £50.50 we can now all stuggle to get £60.60 - "what more can we ask for"???????

Why are people leaving feedback saying "tracked really quickly"? Thats the lest of your problems, you will be very very lucky to see the cashback. Purchased in February, still wating now. Tcb wont chase my claim because its over 100 days old, great. Now I have to hope they cross it out on my account or reduce it to zero and then they will "over-ride their system" and chase the AA. Sounds like a giant con to me. For £50.50 saving its not worth the hassle. I should of known that this cashback sum was too good to be true, I was a fool to believe it. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

My cashback was due end of May and paid out this week, 3rd week of June. Small delay but glad it all came through eventually. Never had a problem with the AA before so I'll use them again.

Its taken 6 months and several enquiries with tcb but eventually I got £50.50 cashback. So a bit of hassle and we got there eventually. No problem with the product.
