Bought the top cover at the end of May with £50 cashback, tracked within a day with an expected payment 31 Aug 11, cashback has just changed to payable. So 5* from me to the AA. Called out once turned up within the hour and back on the road 1 hr later.

I WAS SCEPTICAL JOINING AA THROUGH THE SITE AFTER READING BAD REVIEWS. I HAVE PURCHASED MY AA COVER BEEN ACCEPTED AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE £19 JUST TO SHOW UP ON MY TRACKING BUT STILL NOTHING THERE SO DOESNT LOOK PROMISING NOT VERY HAPPY AS AA SEEMS TO BE SELLING LOTS ON THE SITE MANY BAD FEEDBACK AS NO TRACKING IS BEING SHOWN ON ACCOUNT

I purchased an expensive membership with most of the extras, expecting a £50 cashback. It tracked at a lower amount, and I sent a message to TCB who put a claim in for the remaining amount. When the second claim was registered, the first went to zero and then shortly afterwards the second was rejected as well. TCB has been very helpful (as always) but have been given the reason "Not a valid claim" with no explanation as to why. The AA use a management company on their behalf so you cannot talk to anyone. I called the AA to cancel the membership on principal and they gave me a large discount to keep me a member. It did not equate to the cashback amount but the rep said that there has been quite a few issues like this from other cashback sites as well. She sounded as frustrated as me! I decided to remain a menber until at least renewal as I consider them to be market leaders (at breakdowns, not paying cashback)!

Transaction tracked as expected then changed to paid £0.00 for no reason as the policy is still active for a year. Based on other reviews this seems to be a regular occurrence. If the AA offer cash back they should honour it and not renege at the last minute.

Avoid the AA. It is a con. The transaction was tracked but then went to £0.00 as payable. Submitted missing claims enquiry twice and AA hasn't approved it. Apparently they said it was not a 'valid sale' but clearly i have a policy taken out with them. AA should be taken off Topcashback considering the amount of people who did not receive their cashback.

Very quick tracking by the AA but they have offered £10 less than topcashback said they would offer. Am still awaiting a reply to my claim query.

Cashback became payable as £00.00 after no movement over a couple of months. TopCashback have resubmitted claim but no luck. Beware of this unless the deal is considerably cheaper than others without the cashback taken into account.

Cashback became payable as £0.00. Submitted a missing cashback claim. Order was re-tracked but has since become £0.00 payable again. Avoid the AA's attractive cashback options.

Be very aware that the AA have refused to pay out even after it was queried! If I am honest the only reason I signed up was because of the good cashback deal.
