BEWARE after initially tracking at £42 the AA changed the £42 to £0. They have now refused to pay out! Not recommended!!!

Purchased annual european breakdown cover for husband in June it has just come through as payable unlike the annual membership cashback for me last year which appeared and then went to zero when payable so didn't get my £50 cash back for that. it obviously depends what you are buying!

I have tried all day to buy this. Keeps asking for my reg number even though I put it in. Phoned and did the online live help and told them about it. Useless. No one knows anything. rubbish.

The cashback tracked as £19 until after 3 months it went to £0.00 when it was due to be payable. Very disappointed.

Not tracked, doesnt seem to be followed up by topcashback either. Would be fine, but hard to swallow when it is £50 which encouraged the purchase. Dont risk it not tracking and not paying.

After waiting 7 months for a claim which didn't track, the AA have finally decided not to give me the cashback - providing no reason at all. The offer sounded too good to be true, and unfortunately for me it was. It's really annoying when this happens even though I've adhered to all the conditions, especially due to the amount of cashback I expected. RAC it is in 5 months!

i purchased from aa due to the cashback as it offers great value after the cashback compare to other provider plus aa good reputation itself. however, the transaction was not tracked and despite claiming for missing cashback for months and months ago.. still no updates from retailer..

AFTER MONTHS OF CHASING MY £19 CASH BACK IT DISAPPEARED. FINALLY GOT AN ANSWER TO SAY AA COULD NOT PROVE I WENT THROUGH THIS LINK ( TOP CASHBACK ) TO TAKE OUT THE COVER SO MY CASH BACK HAS BEEN DECLINED EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PAID 2 MONTHS COVER. IT HAD BEEN SHOWING PENDING FOR MONTHS. UTTER DISGUSTED WITH AA THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE

Question 5 How likely are you to re-visit this merchant for cashback? This has been given 1 star as this is, as far as I'm aware, a one time offer. I am please to say I made my purchase through the links and everything turned out great, I got my cashback added to may account a within a month or so, Not sure exactly when as I never logged into my account to check until now. My experiences with this purchase has been great. Thanks.

ALTHOUGH I HAVE BEEN PAYING MY NEW AA BREAKDOWN COVER FOR 2 MONTHS NOW ( SO OBVIOUSLY I AM NOT GOING TO CANCEL AND RUN OFF ) I STILL HAVNT RECIEVED ANY MONEY FOR THE CASH BACK. AFTER TRYING TO CHASE THINGS UP IT IS NOW PENDING . AWAITING THE MERCHANT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM PAYING MY FEES AND HAVE REGISTERED. VERY SLOW NOT SURE WILL EVEN SEE THE MONEY. WOULDNT GO WITH AA AGAIN.

After a month with cover got a letter saying payment was delayed but with no explanation. Checked and cashback amount had gone to 0 so cancelled as didnt want the chance of not receiving any
