Got my AA breakdown cover in Aug 2011, confirmed to my account within 2 days, expected to be paid on 30TH November, BUT still waiting. Very happy with the AA breakdown cover itself, but I think they need to hurry up with the cashback!

Tried to get Home and Contents insurance went all way to payment when got something wrong with credit card details. Tried 3 different cards so gave up in end and went through Swiftcover.

Purchased cover back in may 11 which was very good and expecting £50 cashback. Became payable in August but for 0.00...STILL WAITING!!!!!
Excellent service from AA but NO CASHBACK as yet!!!!
Not very happy at all as other cashback transactions been fine!

I bought AA cover in December 2010 expecting £50 cashback. I am still waiting!! It has tracked, been confirmed but becomes £0 at the payment stage. The merchant has apparently not given TCB a reason but TCB don't seem to want to pursue the claim any longer. If you are buying AA cover because of the cashback, then don't, get it from another provider, more cheaply!

The AA are very slow at sending the cashback through, although the level of cashback is good (when I eventually receive it!).

Good discount bringing it in line with some of the other suppliers on offer. Long wait (16 weeks) for cashback despite having only 30 days to cancel!

Received full cash back amount today. Originally tracked in July do has taken 3 months but not complaining as they have kept to their payable amount. Very pleased also considering home and contents insurance was far cheaper than previous provider.
