Tracked fine and paid 3 months later as usual. Best to cancel your DD though 1 month before the end and switch to RAC - then do the same the following year = breakdown for 1 year at a cost of approx £9!

Hi there,
Unfortunately, due to a technical issue a number of incorrectly tracked missing cashback claims were incorrectly declined by the merchant.
The network that hosts this merchant's offer have been working with the merchant to resolve this issue and this should hopefully be fully resolved soon.
We have been working with the network to ensure that any member's who's claims were incorrectly declined do not lose out on their cashback and this should automatically be rectified once this issue has been resolved.
Please be aware that this only relates to claims for incorrectly tracked transactions.

I purchased braekdown cover from the AA in December 2010, initially tracked and confirmed at the correct amount but then went to zero on paymant. I submitted an enquiry which resulted in the sum being added again to pending which again was confirmed at the correct amount and which again became payable as zero. The AA should be removed from TCB.

bought the cover with AA in dec, its now the end of may and guess what, still not recieved the £50.50p cashback, got on to topcash back, who just dont seem interested at all.

Glad to see someone else noticed that their review has disappeared. In todays Weekly Newsletter Topcashback are still quoting "Don't worry, you can still earn up to £50 cashback for top level cover too!"
I think before writing statements like that Topcashback should be speaking to The AA on a collective basis, as to why the Cashbacks are not being processed to everyone who signed up in good faith to one of their contracts and who are awaiting that which was indicated as a reasonable amount of Cashback.
Shame on you Topcashback - the problem won't just go away until you address it??

Very disappointed that a review I posted last week has disappeared.
Like many other member who posted, my cashback seemed to track fine but then changed to £0.00 just before it was due to be paid. As the order is more than 100 days old now, TCB are making it difficult for me to submit a claim (I've asked 3 times now). If/when I'm eventually allowed to submit a claim, I'm told it will be another 2-3 months..
I've never experienced anything like this from a cashback site before. AA breakdown cashback should be removed from the site until all of these queries (including the many you have deleted from here) have been resolved.

Where have all the other comments/reviews disappeared to for this Merchant?? There were a lot on here until the last few days - about 90% of which were negative!!
I arranged Breakdown cover with AA in February, 2011 at a cost of £22.75 per month/£230ish a year. Breakdown cover of over £100 supposedly qualified for a Cashback of £51.15. £19.19 was tracked and confirmed but am still awaiting payment. A seperate claim was submitted for what should have been the balance and after two months this turned to £0.00 and payable. Have Topcashback deleted all previous reviews because they were practically all negative - I feel it is fine to do so, only if between themselves and AA they have satisfied all those customers who have got a valid gripe (i.e. paid out all the claims that seem to be ignored - a portion of my claim is still going through the "sausage machine"). Come on Topcashback you can't hide your customers bad experiences under the mat!!!

Though you give them enough evidence of your purchase, they haven't paid us. VERY DISAPPONTED...

although its priced very good im a little disapointed firstly after nearly 2 months I still have not recieved my paper work inc the membership cards and secondly they wont allow me to change the payment date I wasnt even asked if I had a date that was suitable I find it very hard to beleve that the dates cant be changed

AVOID AVOID AVOID. YOUVE BEEN WARNED. I DID EVERYTHING CORRECTLY BUT STILL THE AA REJECT CLAIM, THEY SEEM TO DO THIS TO EVERYONE. THEY SHOULDNT BE ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH THIS AS ITS A FORM OF FRAUD. THEY ENTICE YOU TO BUY THERE PRODUCT WITH A GOOD DEAL AND THEN BACK OUT ON IT. TCB SORT THIS OUT IS NOT FAIR TO YOUE MEMBERS.

Completely poor ! The AA seem to withdraw cashback a lot and these cashback sites dont really help, other than, "we are looking into your enquiry sir" ! yeah yeah same stuff different day !
I think its a waste of time and a good way for retailers to get your money. so far i cant recall one successful transaction with this site !

Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!! Cashback became zero when payable always used RAC before will never use AA again. Seems to be a running theme with the AA not honoring their cashback. Beware do not use!!!!!!!!!

Please be aware that the cashback is provided by Top CashBack and not by the AA. If you experience any issues, please use the enquiry system on Top CashBack and do not contact The AA directly.
Ive just purchased (through TCB) my cover, so lets see if TCB pay their members, seems if there's not a payment, it's not the AA's fault...hope this isn't another reason why I should go back to another cashback site....so many tracking errors here these days.
