Further to my earlier review re cashback on breakdown cover that I purchased... it still hasn't materialised despite me fulfilling all the required conditions. The AA talk a good game to get a sale, but then don't want to know when it comes to paying out. Simple solution though... I won't be using the AA for any home insurance, car insurance or breakdown cover again.

7 months after buying breakdown cover I have finally been told that I cannot get the cashback. If you do purchase this cover go in with your eyes open and based on this and other feedback then view the cashback as an unlikely bonus.

I found their website very difficult to use and had to resort to telephoning the AA and speaking to a salesperson - eventually we sorted out the problem and I was able to carry on and make the transaction via their website.

don't buy from AA...cashback amount are not real.. I should have £94 but they gave me £21 .bad customer service...my enquiry has still unsolved for over 1 month..no reply or response..

I purchased breakdown cover with a promise of £55 cashback and paid £105 for the cover,taking the cashback into account. This transaction took place 5 weeks ago and the cashback is still 'pending' I am very worried about this. There are plenty of other breakdown covers available for far less than £105 and I would not have chosen this if I thought I could not rely on the cashback being paid

I noticed a few people haven't received their cashback. Just to say that I received my cashback. £7 for breakdown cover for the whole year, can't be bad.

Transaction did not track. TCB looking into this but not hopefull. Was only cheapest because of cashback. Now spent £178 so fingers crossed

My purchase initally was tracked and the correct cashback amount shown, this then changed to zero when payment was nearly due. Queried this with topcashback and it was shown again as the correct amount but within a few weeks it was zero again and over 100 days old. First company to not pay out for me - very disappointed.

What a shame! The AA is a great company with a hard earned reputation for reliable service. They are blowing it with this underhand way of doing business! My £50.50 was payable nearly a month ago, 4 months after they got my money. AA, please pay out and pay on time and your customers will love you! Tony P

Fast prompt tracking and immediate cover for breakdown etc, with paperwork sent by post within following 2 weeks. Recommended.

Still waiting. Purchase made in November didn't track automatically. Manual claim submitted and tracked. After few days (before payable), the amount changed to zero. Took the policy because of the cashback. I have been using topcashback for 5 years and this is the first time the merchant does not want to pay out. Avoid if you can.

common theme here, 1st company to not pay out in over 3+ years, despite meetimg all requirements and paying in full for membership which is running now. I only went with them because of teh cashback amount. Beware all!, go with Rac and dont take a gamble with a company who promises cashback but does not want to pay.

It seams to take a very long time for cash back to become payable through this site, I am with another site that pays out on the 1st of each month 1 month in arrears and has a much faster tracking system .
