Phew! Quite relieved this one tracked ok as quite a large payout for me (over £50), but it did - now waiting for confirmation and payment... Have always had AA membership anyway (in boyfriend's name) and always had good service from them so great to find them on TCB. Really good value when you consider the amount of the cashback. Tip - NEVER accept their annual re-quote, it's way too high. Check how much cheaper you can get the same cover elsewhere as a new member e.g. RAC, then phone the AA and ask them to reduce the premium to match - this has always worked for us.

It is only fair to put in my comment since I wrote before 18/02/11 and to say after a prompt from TCB to the AA I recevied in full all money due to me in breakdown cover almost £19 just yesterday 24/02/11 so I only paid for the year £9 not bad. They were 20 days over in saying that they would pay out. So I hope the AA will pay out to other customers of TCB in the future.

aa disappointed in you big company kick the small man when down I bought brakedown cover from you and you said you would give me cashback by the 31/01/2011 now the 18/02/2011 no sign of cashback so come on lets see if you will honour your pledge that you will pay out. Or is it a big con on your part just for people on small income to sign up to you?

Used this last year and worked fine. Took months to come through though (probably about 4-5 months), made it cheap way of getting breakdown cover when it finally did pay out!

"On the back" of the Cashback indicated on this site (£50.50 cashback on the purchase of Breakdown cover of £100 or more), arranged cover at an annual cost of £227 - only to find that when the figure was confirmed on the site within an hour, the cashback amount was shown as £19.19. In the circumstances and as cover wasn't to be effective until 14th March, 2011, I think I will cancel the agreement!!!!!
Can now understand why there are so many dissatisfied Topcashback users of the AA making their feelings known via the Reviews.
