Like other people on here, breakdown cover has been tracking for 2 months, today turned to £0 payable - have submited query with TopCashBack - The AA should be removed if they arn't going to honour the cashback :(

once again like many others i had 50.50 owing and it seems reading the reviews i aint getting a bean i paid 105 for cover was due 50.50 which changed to 0.00 id avoid at all costs in future looks competitive with the cashback offer but they dont pay out

The AA refused my cashback & claimed to know nothing about any cashback offer when I telephoned them. Top Cashback kept asking me to be patient - for over 6 months! Eventually I threatened to take action against both Top Cashback and The AA, so Topcashback then gave me the cash due and said they would reclaim it from The AA.

Watch out - don't order with The AA. Looks like a con - £50.50 cashback was in the system for four months and then on the day it was supposed to become payable it changes to £0. Then TopCashBack won't chase this as this is over 100 days old!
Looking through the comments this happens a lot. Better not to purchase AA in the first place.
TopCashBack should honour the payments or remove The AA.

Purchased breakdown cover on 24 Dec 2010 and received my £50 cashback today - so you need to be patient! A word of warning - if you have paid by credit card, they automatically renew your membership on the anniversary, so you need to remember to cancel and apply again via another cashback deal.

AA should stand for Avoid Avoid! Purchased breakdown cover in January for £105 with promise of £60 cashback. Tracked quickly moved to pending with the correct amount showing and said payable 30th April. Has now moved to payable but at zero!!
I'm very annoyed I read all the small print and followed every rule asked for!!! Top Cashback should remove them as sounds like I'm not the only one and is very misleading!

YES - I was also conned by the AA into thinking they would pay #20 or so cashback. No doubt they will pester me come renewal time. I'll simply say 'WHO are you?' I wont get fooled again!

Waited three months and then cashback disappeared. Looking through the reviews it seems a common theme. Not the cheapest in the first place and only took it because the cashback made it competitive. Wont use AA again.

I had not read any of the dissapointments on these reviews until my son's new breakdown policy didn't track. Now my european breakdown payment has "zeroed". Only went to the AA because of the prospect of good cashback. I'm getting sick and tired of companies that want to have their cake, eat it and then spit it in your face!

Got home insurance with AA, back in January2011.The AA have put my cashback back to £0.00, refused to pay,now wasting my time by asking for my account number,whick they know already,submitted this again to the cashback team and have been advised it could be 2-3 months before I get a responce from AA...the cashback team has been great trying to sort this out..be very aware of cashback from the AA...it's pathetic they have refused to pay out a few pounds!!!

I brought the aa package at the cost £107 last now. It tracked fine, then the payment disappeared from my cashback,(feb) I contacted top cashback who chased it up, thepayment then went back to the beginning of the cashback prosess, 8 weeks later end of april it has disappeard again, Ive contacted top cashback who have said kinda thast it, they aint going to pay. For no reason . Will not use the aa again. they were the most expensive and only brought there breakdown becauseof the £50 cash back. Not happy.

Had £38 track first time then went to zero. TCB did chase it up, and the £38 reappeared and tracked normally again. Today went back to zero.
