It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. I took out this contract, it eventually tracked at £25, and now it is tracking at £125 instead of £200!!? Anyone else have this situation? I thought once it was upgraded from the £25 tracking they would get the total right!!

Thought I'd put in my 2p. Signed onto a 12 month Iphone Simplicity at the end of March in hopes of getting the £200 cash back. Took a couple weeks but finally got the SIM (after being billed by O2 immediately!) and have moved my old number and started using O2 services. £25 tracked shortly after I received the SIM and just saw today I have another £100 tracking. £125 is a nice start, but I signed up for £200! Let's hope the remaining £75 follows...

I had to wait 2 weeks for the sim and have just noticed that the cash back currently says £125 not £200 - I hope this will change or its not such a good deal

We ordered 2 sims. One was for the Iphone and 1 was for the Smartphone. The Iphone has upgraded to £200 but the Smartphone has only upgraded to £125. Does anyone know why this has happened? Took a screenshot of the offer and it definately said that it would be £200.

Original SIM arrived from O2 yesterday and worked within a few minutes of putting it into my phone. However... I have an iPhone and hadnt realised there was a different tarrif for iPhones - doh!! Anyway, rang O2 today and they've swapped me onto the right tarrif and set in motion to keep my phone number. They have credited me £10 for the missed 12 days of contract. All in all, it seems (eventually) to be going right, bit of a hassle but if it works & I get my cashback then cant be bad. So if you have been a bit 'blonde' like me and have ordered the wrong tarrif give them a call.

ORDERED THE £25 PM SIM ONLY PACKAGE AND SIM ARRIVED ON THE 12TH APRIL 2010 FROM O2. TRANSACTION IS TRACKED ON MY ACCOUNT FOR CASH BACK OF £25.00 BUT THE OFFER WAS FOR £200.00 CASH BACK. PUT A MISSING CASH BACK CLAIM TO TCB AND THEY HAVE PUT THIS CLAIM ON ICE UNTILL 30TH APRIL. HOPE I WILL GET THE CASH BACK AS PROMISED BY TCB.

My SIM, ordered on 31st March, finally arrived yesterday. But I decided that as my order was not tracking on TCB that cancellation was the best thing. Phoned Customer Services and cancelled without any problem as I was within the 14 days. My DD was due on the 18th and she tried to stop it but the request had actually been sent to the bank for the £27.42 charge. The DD wasn't showing yet on my online banking as that only shows DDs where a payment has been taken so tried Phone Banking and managed to cancel it there. Just as a precaution I took the name of the person I spoke to at Customer Services and their phone number and made a note of when I called. You never know what will happen when they "forget" that I cancelled!!!!! I'll just wait for the next special deal and try again. You have to remember that cashback is never guaranteed - it;s a bonus. Over the last 3 years I have earned a bonus of just over £2,000 by buying wisely and always checking to see if I can get any cashback before I order online. Good luck to those who have persevered with their SIM and have their claims "on ice".

Funny how people are getting different amounts credited to their accounts. We ordered 2 x Simplicity Sims on 31/3 and one of them arrived yesterday. We phoned up Customer Services about this and they have credited £7 back to our account for the missing days. Reading other posts, some people have had £10 credited.

Hi re: £200 cash back offer I just finished online chat with O2 adviser. The explanation was that the SIM card I ordered was out of stock and therefore the order was automatically cancelled by their system. The girl said she could send a new Sim card but without £200 cash back deal. TopCashBack management should go back to O2 which failed to go ahead with the Deal which they probably find out to be very 'costly' to them. O2 is short-sighted in business dealing by not honouring the transaction.

My cashback tracked at £25 within a few working days and am now thinking i will hold out and wait for it to be uplifted instead of cancelling. I opened an incorrect amount claim with TCB and they repeated what the merchant deal notes said - will be uplifted before becoming payable. Though I think if your SIM hasn't tracked as a purchase yet, I'd cancel it. Sorry to say but I think it's better safe than sorry. It probably should have tracked by now. Don't go over you 14 day cooling off period..

Two weeks after signing up to the 12mth Simplicity £200 cashback, deal no SIM and more importantly NO TRACKING. Therefore had to cancel my contract with O2 within the 14 days distance selling rules. Very disappointing.

I followed the link for an O2 sim only deal. The sim card came through within a week, and all seems fine. However, I've received no cashback nor details how the cashback system works. Can you help?
