I received my SIM yesterday(as stated in my earlier post) and then called up O2 cust service. They are willing to credit GBP10 to my next bill(its approx.equivalent to 12 days usage charge), keeping the billing cycle as the previous one. It sounds fair. And yes, the SIM was working from the word go. And regarding the tracking at less amount, TCB did state that it might take several days to get upgrdaed to actual value.

I cancelled my order today, order still not tracked from the 31st March and I'm not willing to take the risk of fighting for the £200 especially when TCB have put my claim 'on ice'. When I called O2 and mentioned the delay in getting the sim, the lady I spoke to didn't apologise and just said I would get a final bill. That's really funny, get a bill for 2 weeks without a sim and no airtime use... I noticed they had set up a DD with the bank so I've cancelled that. I THINK THIS HAS BEEN A TERRIBLE CASHBACK EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH. DON'T THEY SAY IF A DEAL LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT OFTEN IS. I hope some people do manage to get the deal, perhaps I was just one of the unlucky ones, you might say why don't I just submit a claim and wait???? I have a missing claim from Currys which has been waiting for a retailer response since 03/11/08. I'm just not willing to take the risk this time, this is such a shame for TCB,MSE (who helped promote the deal) and of course O2 who have lost potentially new customers. I'm staying with Voda. Very dissapointed

Hi, Joined O2 3200 cash back on 31-04-10 in good time. It was tracked with£25 shown Sim never arrived. On checking the O2 website ( I am O2Broadband customer), the transaction was listed as 'Cancelled'. I did not cancel it. I had waited for about 10 days. Still a puzzle! Melvin

Has anyone who has received their SIM got it working yet? I got mine from shop (as I mentioned above) I know they say upto 24hrs for it to take effect but my PAYG SIM didnt take this long to work :( I'm sure it will be ok but just wondered if anyone else had same problem. If you havent received your SIM ring O2, they wont bite, might tell you to do same as I've had to but if it gets you going. As for 200.00 as prev poster it did say from the beginning it wouldnt track to full amount until it was due to pay out so I'm confident it will work. If it doesnt then there will be a queue of us waiting to find out why! Keep the faith.

Excelent deal. TCB Clearly stated in the offer that tracking will appear as £25 initially but will go up to £200 - I'm still waiting for this to happen, but am not worried as THEY SAID THIS WOULD HAPPEN. O2 clearly stated that SIM only special offers and deals are shipped via Royal Mail and will have a delayed delivery time. In fact it was delivered not by standard RM delivery but by O2-processed mail, and with the bank holiday being right after the promo date, delivery times should be expected to be a bit slow! Also consider that every person subscribed to TCB and to MSE website will have known about this offer - that's a lot of new customers, and O2 said the dispatch will be delayed. Yeah, it's a shame that O2 decide to bill from the day they ship the SIM, but it's only £8.33/month, much cheaper than the £35 equivalent on Vodafone! Overall, a great deal, and a great experience. Everything has happened as each website said it would so far, so I have no reason to complain. Most of the complaints on here are due to people not reading all the details before they submitted the offer!

I'm in the same position. Only £25 cashback tracked so far for my simplicity £25, expecting £200. Raised a query a while back as at the time nothing was being tracked. Just hoping that it all goes through OK

ORDERED £25 SIM ONLY ON THE 31ST MARCH AND FINALLY I RECEIVED THE SIM TODAY!! IT TOOK 12 DAYS! BUT CASH BACK STILL TRACKING AT £25.OO. PUT A MISSING CLAIM TO TCB, WHICH TCB HAS PUT ON ICE UNTILL 30/04/2010!!I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED THE SIM YET ANY ADVICE OR UPDATE WILL BE GREAT. IF ALL OF US HAVING THE SAME PROBLAM ABOUT TRACKING CORRECT CASH BACK IT WILL BE GREAT IF TCB CAN GIVE A REASSUARANCE. SO WE CAN KEEP THE CONTRACTS WITHOUT CANCELLING IN PANIC.

Hi all, thought I'd add my latest update. I rang O2 yesterday after still not receiving my SIM card, they are blaming the Easter hols! They offered for me to either go to a local store & they would give me a new one or they would post another out. I went to a local store, got a new SIM card (after giving them all the details of my order) I have put it in today but so far it is not activating :( they did say 24 hours. The bill, what they said is once the card activates I have to ring them back, they will then arrange to transfer my number (I want to keep it) and they will also credit me with the amount of days I've lost. Apparently all new contracts start as of the 1st of the month so just make sure you do the same. My understanding is the SIM has to be activated before they will lift the cashback to £200, I'll certainly keep an eye on it and hopefully it will work without any intervention from TCB. Good luck!

Very strange that I did 4 click throughs on the 31st of March and only the o2 one hasn't tracked. Seems very fishy to me and I think TCB should be looking in to this matter.

Ordered on 30th March and still no SIM or tracking. Money will be taken from bank on 17th according to the bill so i'll wait a couple more days and then cancel which is a shame as this would have been a good deal.

MiLo: Please note that for the cashback to be valid, you need to stay on the same tariff! Of course, once cashback has been paid then you'll be free to downgrade as you want, but if it has NOT been PAID, do not downgrade. That said, I have cancelled my simplicity as my transaction was not tracked. Shame.

Just a little tip: I spoke to someone at o2 the other day who advised that you can change the contract you are on as many times as you like within a 12 month contract. This means that anyone who signed up to the £25 per month contract (to get the £200 cashback) can downgrade to a cheaper contract! I would definitely wait until you receive the cashback first though! Bit sneaky, but it's all within o2's own rules.

The £200 cashback promise did not work - ended up tracking at £25.

I did receive my SIM today, but the cashback is still tracking at 25. Hope it updates to 200 as stated by TCB regarding this seller; O2. I will be making a call to O2 cust service to check on the invoice generated from 31st March as have been the case with other buyers here. Will definitely update on the outcome of the communication.

This is the first time I've used TCB and so I've read the tab on O2 (how long does it take to track / how long does it take to pay out etc.) Suggest some of you do the same "Expect transactions for this retailer to appear the following day, but can be a few weeks in some cases. Transactions are usually confirmed after about 45 days and should become payable 60 - 90 days after the event date. Recurrences may be limited"

Cashback failed to track, and O2 have sent me a bill dated from the day BEFORE I signed up, even though they have still not sent me a sim card (now 2 weeks later).

Im really upset that I ordered my sim on 31 March and NO CASHBACK TRACKED, even though I submitted a missing claim. NO SIM card received. EVEN though they have billed me since 6th april... When will my sim arrive? when will i get my £200? I will be cancelling this contract on wednesday (last day of my 14day to cancel).. This is awful customer service. Ive been checking my topcashback everyday! Why send out emails to so many people conning us into this if you cant come up with the goods?

other members are now saying this deal should have been other cashback amounts... £120, £150... i thought the deal was £200?? at least that's what it said on the site before i followed the link through and bought. does anyone else think the cash back amount for 25 sim only deal should be anything other than £200??? i'm tracking at £25.

According to the terms and conditions on the O2 site, it is 14 days from the receipt of the SIM card, and as far as I know you can use it, but you'll have to pay for what you've used. Probably best if you give them a call and ask them though, as I will be doing on Monday.

Ordered 2 SIMS, one for myself and one for wife. One ordered on 30th March and received SIM yesterday but still not tracked. Other SIM ordered on 31st March and SIM not received and not tracking. Worried now as I think we may have to cancel both contracts. Is it 14 days from receipt of SIM that you can still cancel as ong as it's not been used?

Order the 12 month sim offer and it tracked at £25 instead of £120. Sim arrived after 10 days! due to Bank Holiday weekend... If you still haven't got yours, pick up a free sim from any O2 store and get them to call customer services for you. My sim was active in under 15 minutes.
