It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. There are plenty of people who have clearly been pleased with how quickly they received their cashback, with one saying: “Cashback payable to my account was bang on time — brilliant service.”

Others clearly share those sentiments, with similar comments including “tracked and paid within a month”, “really easy transaction and decent cashback rate” and “tracked quickly and paid out fast”. Our members have also praised O2 for the service they provide, with comments including “super quick and efficient service” and “brilliant — very helpful customer service”. The O2 review feedback on Trustpilot is also mixed, but there are some fantastic reviews.

One stated: “Absolutely brilliant company. The My O2 app is so easy to check your upcoming bill and offers.” Another happy customer said: “I think O2 is brilliant. Ordered £25 SIM only Iphone deal to get the £200 cashback. Went all the way through to the end and then it said I had been referred to someone else for checking, Soz can't remember exact words and they would get back to me within 24 hours. That was on the evening of 31st March and they still haven't got back to me. Do you think it's because i'm with 02 already?. I'm on pay as you go and just top up £10 a month.

Ordered £25 iphone SIM only deal on 31st March. It hasn't tracked at all and I haven't received a SIM. To add insult to injury O2 have sent me a bill already and charged me £27.42. How can they do that when it's supposed to be a £25 per month SIM and I haven't even got it. I think a cancellation may be on the cards at this rate.

same here, purchased on the 31st and no sign of it being tracked. This is my first experience of topcashback. and I have to say it will be my last. I have used another cashback site for over a year. and have never had any problems, this does not reflect well on topcashback and perhaps they should issue some sort of statement. I will be cancelling the 02 deal, and I suppose the old saying is true....if is seems to good to be true...it probably is!

I purchased a SIM only deal on the 31st and hasn't tracked at all. I know it says that this could take in excess of 2 days but no luck so far. I know I am legally entitled to cancel an online contract within the first seven days and so if it doesn't track before then I will have to cancel my contract. Be warned - if nothing else O2 tracking takes a long time!

Same here. Ordered £25 iPhone Sim at 5.30pm on 30th March. No confirmation email, no tracking, no Sim card received till now. And it said sent by next day delivery! They have already started billing me, but after I contacted them they said it is routine and will refund the days I have not activated my Sim card.

Hi I ordered the blackberry with the £150 cashback on the 30th Apr but was advised by O2 that any cashback form third parties would need to be on a new contract so I cancelled it over the phone as it was on my current O2 account. So on the the 31st I ordered another blackberry by setting up a new online contract. Neither have tracked yet? I have recieved the first phone? but this will need to go back. Waiting for the second phone should have been here today but guess the bank holiday is affecting deliveries. I intend to wait until Tuesday/Wednesday to what happens with the caskback. Just hope it works. You would like to thinks that TCB and O2 would be fully aligned on the T&Cs but seems to not be enough information. If many people return sims/phones because tracking does not work then it is going to cost O2 alot on returns. Does TCB have any advice on this one. By the way all other transaction I have made on TCB have all tracked and I have recieved all cash when it is due. TCB is a great site and many of my family and friends are now benifiting. Lets hope the O2 thing works. Will post an update on Tuesday.

So far so good. I upgraded my handset to a 12 month sim only iphone tariff at £25 per month, and it has taken 3 days to track thus far. Currently the £200 is being tracked at £25, but as stated this should hopefully be uplifted to the full amount soon.

I ordered my sim on the 31st (evening) so far no tracking but seems to take 2-3 days so I'll hang on for now. I did receive an email from O2 yesterday to say my sim has been dispatched but as its bank holiday I presume it may be Tues/Wed before it arrives. I'll feel happier when I receive some form of cashback confirmation, I believe it says it'll track at £25 but then uplift later, here's hoping!!

In response to previous comment - I also ordered a £25 pm SIM when cashback was £200 on 31/03/2010, not tracked or received SIM yet but offer states minimum of 2 days to track and delivery may take longer if they were overwhelmed with customers, also Easter BH so no post. Have received emails from O2 and can track order at www.o2.co.uk/trackyourorder - dont panic / cancel contract just yet as this should track ok and SIM should be delivered by Tuesday or Wednesday - you have 14 says to cancel from date of purchase with O2 if it doesn't track after a week or so - fantastic offer - ty TCB.

mine has tracked at £25 only also, I did see a note saying this amount would be uplifted to £200 before it becomes payable. have kept the email from tcb with the offer as proof should I need to raise the query in a few months. will not be happy if I dont get the full £200

I went for the £200 cashback on the 30th, has now been tracked after 2 days, it was advised it would take this long which is fine. Tracked at £25 at the moment but it does advise that this happens and will increase, all in all, very happy!
