My 12 mth sim only purchase also tracked at £25. Will wait as recommended by other posters for a few weeks to see if it does uprate to £100. Great deal if it does. Have experience with this company in the past and cashback always received as promised. Lets wait and see ! Good Luck to anyone still waiting.

To all those with tracking at £25 for the 12 month SIM Only deal - It's not very well documented on the site but if you go through to the Contact us page then select Retailed Enquiry and enter o2 it will come back with the following message from TCB: "Please note that the O2 Sim only transactions may initially track at a lower amount of £25.00 but should be uplifted to reflect the correct offer displayed within a few weeks. Sorry for any confusion, however if you do have any other queries regarding this merchant then please submit a general enquiry ticket. Kind Regards Top CashBack"

I too opted for the £20p/m simplicity 12 month contract with the cashback amount to be £100. But my one is tracked to £25! How do we sort this out????

Just like many ,I purchased a sim only 12 month contract end of Nov. 2009.The transaction was not confirmed.Submitted a claim via TCB with a result today.O2 confirmed cashback.I hope this result may boost many,as I thought I would not receive cashback.

Like a recent poster, I snapped up the chance to take out a 12 month SIM-only contract @ £20p/m with a promised special rate of £100 cashback two days ago. However today my account has it tracked at only £25, the previous rate. Somewhat dissapointing, given that this deal was loudly advertised by TCB with a specific email to all members. Now to find the form to fill in to get this sorted...

As a result the advert on TCB's front page promising £100 of cashback for taking on a new 12-month SIM only contract, I took up a £20 / month contract two days ago. However, to my dismay, only £25 has tracked instead of the full £100. I tried submitting an enquiry but it has been put "on ice" by TCB until further notice... Topcashback - could you please ensure everyone receives his fair cashback straigh away on this without having to go through nine months of claiming process back and forth? £100 is a lot of money and everyone who is taking up this offer would no doubt appreciate it if this could work smoothly straight away!

Well the cashback tracked reasonably quickly but the delivery procedure was a bit of a sham - will only deliver to your home address (which is a bit annoying) but then it got lost before een getting there. Had to contact O2 to rectify. Next day delivery took 2 weeks! But at least they sorted it and were courteous throughout the process.
