It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. There are plenty of people who have clearly been pleased with how quickly they received their cashback, with one saying: “Cashback payable to my account was bang on time — brilliant service.”

Others clearly share those sentiments, with similar comments including “tracked and paid within a month”, “really easy transaction and decent cashback rate” and “tracked quickly and paid out fast”. Our members have also praised O2 for the service they provide, with comments including “super quick and efficient service” and “brilliant — very helpful customer service”. The O2 review feedback on Trustpilot is also mixed, but there are some fantastic reviews.

One stated: “Absolutely brilliant company. The My O2 app is so easy to check your upcoming bill and offers.” Another happy customer said: “I think O2 is brilliant. Excellent service by O2, changed over my mobile number flawlessly. Tracking worked quickly, but had to submit a manual claim because amount was incorrect. Amount now corrected, showing as £101 cashback! Hopefully the payout will be OK. Merry Xmas!!

Tracked quickly but took about 3 months to pay out. I did, however, get a PAYG mobile broadband dongle and £15 credit for free, so can't grumble!

Transaction took months to track and be paid, but the amount was correct. To be fair, the cashback total was more than I had paid on the contract by the time it came through, so I cannot grumble too much!

Same here.. I ordered a phone on the 20th November and a sim only for 12 months on the 22nd November and still no sign of any Cashback.. Hopefully it will be soon!!

Appear to be one of the unlucky ones.Took out 1year sim card deal 3 weeks ago.Received Sim card,monthly payments already taken by O2.Unfortunately no confirmation of £100 cashback,as yet.I am an optimist,so hopefully cashback will materialise.

Tracked quickly but took about 2 months to be confirmed. Became payable within a few weeks of confirmation. No problems, exactly as stated.

It didnt track at first till I filed a missing cashback claim. It then took 4 months before payout. But overall i'm happy.

It has taken months for me to recieve my £100 cashback for a 12 month sim only contract but did eventually receive the full £100.

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered new phone for daughter leaving for Uni. Despite staying in all day Saturday for delivery, O2 left phone at unknown wrong address. Repeatedly passed from pillar to post and given wrong info when querying late delivery. When eventually worked out/admitted what had happened, very unhelpful and would not/could not guarantee delivery in time for daughter leaving. Ended up buying phone elsewhere for cheaper.
