It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. There are plenty of people who have clearly been pleased with how quickly they received their cashback, with one saying: “Cashback payable to my account was bang on time — brilliant service.”

Others clearly share those sentiments, with similar comments including “tracked and paid within a month”, “really easy transaction and decent cashback rate” and “tracked quickly and paid out fast”. Our members have also praised O2 for the service they provide, with comments including “super quick and efficient service” and “brilliant — very helpful customer service”. The O2 review feedback on Trustpilot is also mixed, but there are some fantastic reviews.

One stated: “Absolutely brilliant company. The My O2 app is so easy to check your upcoming bill and offers.” Another happy customer said: “I think O2 is brilliant. Did not track, had to file missing report., took 2 months after that to show it had tracked, date payable 30/11/09. Still waiting for that to be confirmed.

Bought an IPhone from O2 in September and, despite a fast tracking, the cashback amount quickly turned from £35 to £nil. Despite a claim being submitted in October I am still waiting a satisfactory answer / outcome.

Two completed orders for O2 mobile broadband took several months to track following several enquiries. I encouraged friends to take up the same offer at the time and unfortunately all of them have had the same experience with O2 tracking, except that they did not make enquiries and tracking has not taken place.

Took out 2 contracts with O2 each with a £100 cashback..one via another site and another via Topcashback. Neither was tracked automatically. After contacting both company's Quidco has validated and Topcashback is pending and that is after months of waiting and checking. I would not recommend this way of doing business to anyone who has anything else to do with their life...timewasting is the word that comes to mind. The system simply does not work without the customer repeatedly getting involved and sending notes which seem to be ignored by both cashback company's. Better deals were available with T mobile without the cashback timewasting.

Tracked at wrong rate but correct within two weeks and is confirmed and pending payment end of jan so fingers crossed. very easy to use and great product.

What a fab deal! I got back £100 from O2 which means that I am hardly paying anything to use my mobile. Great deal, I am very impressed, it suited me perfectly as I only wanted a SIM only deal yet still have got lots of texts and minutes to use.

They cancelled my original order and didn't tell me why until I chased them, so lost out on the £100 cashback. Got £20 odd cashback in the end, but I still had to do it manually and it took months to come through. Currently it's still not confirmed and I took the contract out in September 09, it's now Jan 10!

Purchased an iphone from O2 and before I bought it I checked the cashback which said £35 for 18/24 month contract and no mentioned of not applicable to iphones. Have my iphone now, however on checking back today the cashback has been set to zero and small print now states not for iphones, which has been added after my purchase. That Sucks!!!
