It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. There are plenty of people who have clearly been pleased with how quickly they received their cashback, with one saying: “Cashback payable to my account was bang on time — brilliant service.”

Others clearly share those sentiments, with similar comments including “tracked and paid within a month”, “really easy transaction and decent cashback rate” and “tracked quickly and paid out fast”. The O2 review feedback on Trustpilot is also mixed, but there are some fantastic reviews.

One stated: “Absolutely brilliant company. The My O2 app is so easy to check your upcoming bill and offers.” Another happy customer said: “I think O2 is brilliant. VERY SLOW. Had to chase. After 4 months, many nudges and an enquiry, finally appeared as 'pending' showing an estimated payable date of several weeks earlier. Still 'pending'...

cashback for first purchase almost immediate but still waiting for Topcashback to send query to O2 for 2nd purchase which was on 1st October-nothing showing at all and its the 15th!!

Got cashback and thanks god for that. Tracking was quick but paid out was confusing. At one stage it was confirmed as 0! However, i got paid in the end.

This is the worst retailer as per my experience. My cashback was at first £44.67 but it only came back to 29.67. Please do not buy from this retailer expecting a clean cash back. You will be made to wait for 2 months for cash back. The cash back will then be reduced and you will end up getting reduced amount.

I took out 2 02 policies through you, however on looking at my account I seem to only be getting one cash back amount. I did do the two transactions seperately to try to avoid this. Is there any reason for this?

PAYG dongle bought on 3rd Aug., received on 5th, topped up with £15 on 7th. Tracked in a week but sill not confirmed after 2 months. Doesn't look good. If they don't pay, I will defo not top it up again as speed was unsatisfactory to say the least - much slower than T-Mobile. A big drawback - there is no way to say how much data was used, online account only shows the expiry date.
