Hey, I am sorry to say if either the merchant or their network does not believe either that the transaction that took place wasn’t eligible or that we were not the last referrer we won’t be paid the cashback. We will always query this as much as we can via the claims but there some decisions that can’t be changed I am afraid. Hey, I can see your claim was declined. When lodging a claim it is important that you can provide as much information as possible and also the correct details as this will give the merchant the best chance of locating the transaction and seeing whether or not we should receive the cashback. Cashback is only declined by this merchant for a real reason such as it being a renewal purchase of if we could not be recognised as the last referrer of the transaction. 5 star crooks, 5 months after purchase with policy still in place, still not tracking. Many other false 5 star reviews (to alert users) make the same complaint.Best avoided.

Hey, I can see your transaction was declined and when this happens members can normally lodge a claim so we can get this further queried. However, a merchant and their network will only decline a transaction if they believe a legit reason is available such as the purchase being a renewal or a voucher code being used. Hey, I am sorry your transaction was declined. We can normally find a reason out if a member lodges a claim. This also gives us the chance to overturn the decision. I can assure you this merchant does pay cashback and will only decline cashback if either we can’t be related back to the transaction of if the transaction didn’t meet the cashback terms and conditions. And yet another "not a real 5 star" review. Tracked at zero for months, I raised a Support Ticket with TCB who confirmed I had a valid claim and surprise surprise, Policy Expert declined it. It's safe to say that I will not be using them again.

Hey, I am sorry your transaction was declined. As well as a transaction being eligible for cashback we also need to be related back to the transaction. Clearing your cookies and cache before logging in to make a purchase can remove any other websites cookies from your browser and will reduce the chance of another referrer (website or search engine) gaining the cashback you were expecting.It wouldn't be fair to expect the merchant to pay this twice. jokers...............failed to confirm it so had to chase this up. Was asked for further details which were provided to TCB, then Policy Expert still declined this. 7 months on and looks like they are going to walk away from their commitment yet TCB still allow them to advertise big money cashback all over their site. Very disappointed.

Straightforward arrangement and paid as agreed, my only gripe is that it cant be claimed for any other cashback deal with AN other provider such as Amazon or Paypal etc with an additional premium added on

Stay away from Policy Expert, they are fast to take you're money but slow to pay cash back. Took me 5 months to get it. The process through TCB and Policy Expert is very slow and both companies hold the money as long as they can before paying out. Not a good service will not use again.

This is a ***FIVE CABBAGES*** review of Policy Expert. Having got nowhere with Top Cashback, I contacted the Financial Ombudsman. My advice is DON'T BOTHER. The Ombudsman is a toothless organisation that doesn't even take into account the hundreds of negaitve reviews on here, and will only look at your individual case, which Policy Expert can easily fudge.

Bought combined buildings and contents insurance via TCB only picked Policy Expert as they were offering £70 cashback after waiting for 12 weeks they declined it! Despite being a genuine policy bought via TCB - stay away from this company only offering cashback to get custom and then declining it!

Really unhappy with this company. Purchased insurance back in November. The transaction didn't track, so after a week I called them to make sure it's accredited to Topcashback, otherwise I would have cancelled within the cooling-off period. They assured me that it went through tcb and sometimes it takes a few weeks to track, but I will get my money. After 2 months I raised a claim and now it's been 7 months and it still hasn't tracked. It's a scam, I'm surprised tcb still have them on their site after all these negative reviews. Avoid at all cost!

This company should not be trusted - despite adhering to all the conditions and since taking out my policy I have proven to Topcashback and Policy Expert my policy details, the cashback has not been paid and has since been classified as declined. Topcashback should remove this company from their portfolio.

Did not track or pay out and it's been a year. They have just called asking me to renew my policy, told them I will never use them again as they cannot be trusted. AVOID.

Going by the information you have provided however, it would suggest it has been too long since your transaction has taken place for us to be able to query this, but it is always worth remembering this in the future. THIS IS NOT A FIVE STAR REVIEW. But in order to deceive as much as possible, TCP puts all the five star reviews first in order to make it look good. However read the reviews of Policy Expert in date order, and you will see that the vast proportion of cashback has not been claimed. Policy Expert will claim that the policy was bought through another link, and refuse to pay it. You will see from the reviews that this has happened to most people. Policy Expert appears to have little inclination to pay cashback, and TCP effectively supports this by taking no action, and continuing to allow Policy Expert to deceive the customer. If policy Expert can be so dishonest with cashback, how do you think it will deal with a claim?
